Got CX to turn off water main while i attempted to control the water. Shutoff valve behind unit failed to turn off water. After main turned off, i reseated filter, turned main on and tested for leaks. no leaks present, CX turned off water main and left off while he left for work, advised cx to get plummer. i cleaned up water in area with shopvac and 1 towel. I advise customer make sure that they didn't have items larger than 2.75 inches in diameter in the pizza storage area cuz this could be hitting the upper drawer and keep in the drawer open allowing warm air to enter.
