"complaint is the same as back in 2020. screen fogs up when upper oven is used and unit displays F2E1. checked for codes and found F2E1, F6E9, F6E6. cleared codes. gasket looks fine and seem to be making contact with the door. i called techline as this is a repeat issue. they advised covering dishes or putting them in a oven bag to contain steam. they had me check continuity of UI harness to ACU. no issues with harness. SR#7735095847. ordering both control boards and marking UI for use on return. all parts to be installed together. cx wasent sure they wanted to pay for labor or have unit fixed beings they are so unhappy with unit. gave cx SR#. advised him to call our office if they want to cancel the return visit. cx said most likely will fix but wants to check with wife first and call whir; ordrng 1 W10801665 (control board) and 1 W11179310 (control board)"

Customer complaint is the unit's not cooling. Inspected unit found unit at about 41°. Remove evaporator cover and found just the cap tube and right after the captive had frost on it. I checked ants at compressor found unit pulling .82 amps. I checked pressures with my gauges found low side at negative 18 in and high side at 80 psi. I pulled unit into a 28 inch vacuum. I let unit sit for 15 minutes when I check the gauges unit was at - 26 in vacuum. I checked over the entire unit with my UV light and UV glasses and could not locate any dye coming from the unit. I called tech line and explain my findings and the issue with the unit not cooling. Tech line explain to me that they're putting the unit entry view and gave me a file number. I left this file number with the customer and advise them that the units going into review and Whirlpool will call me or the consumer next.

"cx complaint unit not completing cycles, only cycle that will run all the way thru is bulky. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said another company has replaced control, actuator and cam asm. ran diagnostics and have f1e2 motor control fault. f2e1 stuck key errors stored. ran autotest and unit shut off during agitation. ran drain pump and it pumped all water out fine. ran spin and it shutoff again while trying to start spinning. motor checks good. replaced control, found old control had wire ties cut but still in the control meaning other company either gave her a used control or accidentally put old one back on. ran calibration and autotest, both completed properly and no errors came back. unit is now working properly."

F5E1 Lid switch fault F2E1 Ui stuck key CX complaint unit will sometimes and cycle and leave clothes wet. Arrived to unit and inspected and found that customer just moved in the house with this unit. Put unit into diagnostic mode and check for Error codes. Found two error codes above. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle. Found unit completed cycle with no issues during cycle. The agitation process was very weak. Checked for error codes after cycle and had none. Lifted unit and inspected clutch clutch needs to be replaced due to ware. Found no oil from gearcase. Ordering lid latch as well. Quoted customer for repair. Customer paid 120.00 service call. And removed door handle. I found that the dowl screw there were loose. I tightened out screws and reinstalled handle. I tightened all other door handles and unit is now working properly. Customer showed me frost on the top of food in the freezer. I advise customer make sure that they didn't have items larger than 2.75 inches in diameter in the pizza storage area cuz this could be hitting the upper drawer and keep in the drawer open allowing warm air to enter. Customer will keep an eye on the frost. I also adjusted defrost setting from adaptive defrost to basic defrost.

Inspected unit customer stated that they just replace the door switch not that long ago and then the unit would work for a couple days. Customer would start the cycle and then a minute or two later the unit would shut off and display door open. I inspected you didn't remove control board I found burnt capacitor on back of the control board. And I looked up control board on tribbles and found it was no longer available due to the age of the unit. I explained this to the customer customer understands and paid for service call with credit card. Job complete.

Was unsuccessful in duplicating or finding leak i was able to get a 100 degree turn on water inlet connection. We left kick plate off unit so CX can get a pic if leaks before our return. There is a possability of leaking in FC door from water dispense line but we were not able to verifiy, only water marks under door. "Cx complaint that the unit's lower oven is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The upper oven works fine. I attempted to broil and bake the lower oven and it produced no heat at all. I found no error code, but the lower fan is not running at all on lower fan speed test. It does run on high speed test. I see no damage on the element and the convection fan runs fine. I checked the wire at the Jbox and they are good as well. The unit will need new control boards to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. I collected the service call fee by CC.; ordrng 1 W11179310 (control board 225.67)"
