Cx complaint the unit doesn't meet temp. Entered into diag and found no error codes. Cx stated the unit displayed the temp of 167 degrees and shut off. Set both upper and lower ovens to 350 degrees and both reached temps without shutting off. Used temp probe on multi-meter to verify temps. Convection bake also worked. Instructed cx if unit would shut off again to contact extended warranty company and we'll come back out and possibly contact techline. As of now both upper and lower ovens meet temps and work as designed

CX complaint is that the unti was not completing a wash cycle. I found that CX was using the unit with out the hot water supply on. I also foun d that that CX does not have a stand pipe for the drain hose. He attatches a 20-25 ft rubber hose and runs the hose out the basement door and up a flight of stairs to the back yard. I advided CX to have a stand pipe installed. I ran a test cycle and unit is opperating as designed. CX instructed visit.

cx complaint sinse last repair unit still makes noise. entered into diag and found 0 error codes. ran auto test and found unit has belt noise when agitating and in a spin cycle. I was able to replace drive belt and test unit. no belt noise heard. I called TL (SR7735094126) due to the cx was still not happy with unit. unit is loud when in use. all sounds are normal for this unit. i did find the unit was a little off level and some hoses were hitting back of unit. i did fix those issues. unit checks good.

And removed door handle. I found that the dowl screw there were loose. I tightened out screws and reinstalled handle. I tightened all other door handles and unit is now working properly. Customer showed me frost on the top of food in the freezer. I advise customer make sure that they didn't have items larger than 2.75 inches in diameter in the pizza storage area cuz this could be hitting the upper drawer and keep in the drawer open allowing warm air to enter. Customer will keep an eye on the frost. I also adjusted defrost setting from adaptive defrost to basic defrost.

Cx complaint is unit starts the drain pump when it's plugged in. inspected and verified complaint. help cancel button down for 5 seconds and the unit stopped trying to drain. checked unit for error codes and found F8E1 long fill no fill error. Checked and founf hot water valve was shut. opened valve and tested unit and unit filled without issue and completed the test cycle without issues. unit is working as designed. job complete

Customer complaint is a unit's not making ice. Inspected unit found very little ice made in the ice bin. I put unit into test mode and check test 58. Test shows 01. For heater off and ice maker thermistor colder than harvest temperature. Which indicates that ice maker is within harvest temperature. I then checked test 56 for error codes and had E5 error code. Indicating ice maker thermistor bad and mold and cooling state for too long. I ran test 57 for harvest. Ice maker harvested and kicked out ice cubes. I ran test 45. Ice maker filled with water. I then ran test 36 ice maker fantastic. Ice make your fan activated and was blowing cold air out of the ice maker compartment. I believe unit has control issue and will need main control replaced. Ordering main control and ice maker for return visit. Ice maker show special order. Scheduled customer 10 days out.; ordrng 1 W11224256 (Control) and 1 W11579560 (Ice maker)

Cx complaint that the unit does not start cycles after depositing money. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx deposited $3.25 in quarters and nothing happened. After waiting a few minutes the control area sparked and the display completely shut off. I opened the unit and found thermal damage from the control board. complaint is the unit not cooling. when i arrived unit was unplugged and had been for several days. no ice build up but had a lot of water in the bottom of FC and the drain pan. inspected evap and found the brown wire to defrost heater had backed out of the connector. once plugged in fully and taped in place i plugged unit in and tested heater. it is working. ordering evap harness so this doesnt happen again. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11581973 (harness)

cx complaint is freezer doesnt stay frozen and unit leaks a bunch of water and floor flooded. she said all the ice melts and that whats floods floor. she said she has floor damage now so i took pictures of the floors. took temp readings of 43 in Fridger -10 in Freezer. evap clear with normal frost pattern. she said it seems light the unit just shuts down at night and never comes back on and goes into sleep mode. shes not happy at all and wants new unit. advised we will order new controls and sensors for unit as its not reading right for what units set to either. as soon as parts are ion office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11518204 (UI Black) and 1 W11566851 (Control) and 1 W11581973 (Harness) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)

"CX complaint: leaking. Inspected and verified complaint. I found a small puddle under left foot which i documented in pics. Water marks on floor at left and right front around feet. Was unsuccessful in duplicating or finding leak i was able to get a 100 degree turn on water inlet connection. We left kick plate off unit so CX can get a pic if leaks before our return. There is a possability of leaking in FC door from water dispense line but we were not able to verifiy, only water marks under door. If CX calls us back before return, please put this on FR as a pseudo so he can go over findings with CX per FR. Ordering filter head. Cannot reschedule due to NW part and 2 tech needed.; ordrng 1 WPW10121140 (housing)"

F5E1 Lid switch fault F2E1 Ui stuck key CX complaint unit will sometimes and cycle and leave clothes wet. Arrived to unit and inspected and found that customer just moved in the house with this unit. Put unit into diagnostic mode and check for Error codes. Found two error codes above. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle. Found unit completed cycle with no issues during cycle. The agitation process was very weak. Checked for error codes after cycle and had none. Lifted unit and inspected clutch clutch needs to be replaced due to ware. Found no oil from gearcase. Ordering lid latch as well. Quoted customer for repair. Customer paid 120.00 service call. They will call and let us know if they want to continue with repair. ; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Clutch) and 1 W10810403 (Lid latch)
