opened system and had no freon the system and is stinky. i feel oil on the line going through drain pan. i cut out the line i think is leaking instaled uv drier then replaced the compressor coupler vacumed system down and wont go to 30in stays at 26inch vac and will drop right away when you turn pump off. i then looked at evap to find holes in it. unit has a evap leak. on return the precooler through evap drain needs to be reinstalled to system it was not leaking there so on return wiill need to be a 3 count job for evap and to fix pre cooler and replace drier again.; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (uv drier) and 1 W11546692 (evaporator) and 1 W11650661 (defrost heater)

"Customer complaint is that the unit is making a loud noise at the end of the cycle. Checked for stored error codes and found F6E3. Ran test cycle and when the unit is spinning and not accelerating, the unit makes a knocking noise. Unit is also knocking at the end of each agitation. Inspection of the drive system found the rotor bolt has fallen out and is lost. Gearcase is also leaking oil. Replaced the bolt with a spare. Ordering gearcase. Basket is also out of round.
