"cx complaint unit not completing cycles, only cycle that will run all the way thru is bulky. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said another company has replaced control, actuator and cam asm. ran diagnostics and have f1e2 motor control fault. f2e1 stuck key errors stored. ran autotest and unit shut off during agitation. ran drain pump and it pumped all water out fine. ran spin and it shutoff again while trying to start spinning. motor checks good. replaced control, found old control had wire ties cut but still in the control meaning other company either gave her a used control or accidentally put old one back on. ran calibration and autotest, both completed properly and no errors came back. unit is now working properly."

Customer complaint is a unit is turning off after it starts and shows door open. Inspected unit customer stated that they just replace the door switch not that long ago and then the unit would work for a couple days. Customer would start the cycle and then a minute or two later the unit would shut off and display door open. I inspected you didn't remove control board I found burnt capacitor on back of the control board. And I looked up control board on tribbles and found it was no longer available due to the age of the unit. I explained this to the customer customer understands and paid for service call with credit card. Job complete.

"cx complaint unit still making big bricks of ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. ice is too big in mold, icemaker is filling with too much water. cycled icemaker and it harvested but when it filled water came shooting in a lot faster than normal. didnt seem icemaker was calling for water too long. issue must be valve or too high of water pressure. ordering valve and water pressure tester to make sure pressure is between 30-120PSI. also ordering icemaker in case this one gets damaged harvesting big bricks of ice. call cx to scheudle return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11546685 (valve) and 1 W11546935 (icemaker) and 1 WATERPRESSURETESTER (WATER PRESSURE TESTER) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

"cx complaint unit has no operation. inspected unit and at first i noticed PTS was sitting to close to the console. pulled knob off to find the PTS was no longer attached to console. removed back cover and found i was able to reattach the PTS to the console. unit now turns on but then i notice noise when unit was running. removed front panel and found both drum rollers and the idler were seized. was able to replace all 3 items with van stock. unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 WP691366 (pulley-idr (FG VS)) and 2 WPW10314173 (supportm (FG VS))s, used 1 WP691366 (idler), and 2 WPW10314173 (drum roller) from stock"

"CX Complaint: Filter Door BrokeInspected Unit, confirmed Broken Filter Cover photo in quick pics. attempted to inspect filter head, when removing filter, filterhead ruptured and sprayed water through the kitchen. Got CX to turn off water main while i attempted to control the water. Shutoff valve behind unit failed to turn off water. After main turned off, i reseated filter, turned main on and tested for leaks. no leaks present, CX turned off water main and left off while he left for work, advised cx to get plummer. i cleaned up water in area with shopvac and 1 towel.
