I then ran the high speed spin and found that the noise is coming from the belt slipping on the splutch. I also found that the basket wobbles during the spin as well. I found that the gearcase has play in it up and down. I am ordering the gear case repair and a 2 call count. Will use the belt and splutch on return. Before i touched the unit when it ran, it got hot but would blow air out of the top of the lint trap on the top of the unit. i disconnected vent and tried again, when i did that the unit sucked air in like its supposed to. Cx complaint that the unit has long dry times. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. I ran the unit and it tumbles and has heat. However the airflow is pretty low. I removed the duct line and the airflow was fine. The homes duct line needs to be cleared and reducing the duct length from the unit to the wall will help as well. The unit is working as designed.
