Checked all keys by running key activation. All key went out. Cleared error codes. Ran Service Test 51 on the unit. Hot Valve is making a screeching noise while unit is feeling. Unit will need the Hot and Cold Water Valves = W11165546. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the Water Valves. Don't go without parts.

"cx complaint buttons intermittently unresponsive and poor wash performance. inspected unit and verified complaint. replaced console and all buttons responding good now. ran diagnostics, only had f2e1 and f5e1 errors stored, both from console issues. ran test cycle, have good wash pressure at this time and unit is heating. found cx using palmolive liquid detergent that doesnt say its he. recommended switching detergent to cascade pods and using hi temp wash to get water temp up. advised cx to call back if still poor wash performance after"

"Cx complaint unit doesn't agitate. Entered into diag and found no error codes. Ran auto test and after drain, the unit would hum while attempting agitate and spin. Inspected underneath and found capacitor leaking dielectric. Replaced capacitor using vanstock W11395618, ran auto test and unit completed test without any further issues.
