"CX complaint fresh vegetables are freezing and other items in refrigerator compartment or creating ice. Check temperatures and found 4° in FC and 28° in RC inspected control and found customer had it on a colder setting than recommended. Also found that bags of fresh greens that were full of moisture were in direct line with vent on back wall of RC, which was her complaint of them freezing. refrigerator is very packed as well as freezer and everything is pressed up against back walls. CX compliant was thatb the unit is not heating correctly. I was able to test sensor probe at tghe control and found it to be a200 OHMS's . I inspected the broil and bake elements and found good continuity. I set the bake to 350 and took temp readings with a thermacoupling. I found the unti to reach temps in less then 10 min. I did calibrated the unti up 20 degrees based on my temp readings. Unit test good.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher has no operation. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F8E4 = Float Switch reading Open. Checked the Float Switch. Found Water in the Float Switch housing. Removed all water. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit will only fill now. Wash Motor will not run. Error of F7E2 = variable speed motor not running. "cx complaint is the lid not unlocking and drain pump running. cx unplugged unit, pryed the door open and now it wont run. i went into diagnostics but screen was blank, nothing at all on display and every button was an invalid beep. outlet wired properly, 122vac at board. LED on board flashing. unit now goes into diagnostics. found F9E1, F1E2, F7E8. cleared codes, no componants will run. tried unplugging drain pump and lid latch but still cant run valves or anything. drain pump reads 19.1ohms, in spec. motor windings 8.4ohms on each, in spec. techsheet advises replacing control board. documented with techline. they had me check voltage to the drain pump, no voltage. advised replacing board and lid lock. SR#7735106375. quoted cx. he paid service call and is going to call whirlpool.; ordrng 1 W11419171 (control board) and 1 W11394572 (lid lock)"

I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit now fills and drains but the motor is not running. The unit needs a new sump motor. In order to replace the sump motor the unit will need to be pulled out but the tile is about an inch high. The leveling legs will need to be cut to remove the unit.
