Customer complaint unit is loud and the door is swinging open and the ice maker is not working. THe unit is operations normal the noises are normal compressor fan noises and valves. Noiwe is good. The door is openning and when the closer goes pass 90 is going to keep the door open is normal. Ice maker was off. I turned on but did not harnvest i pressed the button and nothing no harveting. cx complaint the unit is shutting down the motor in the high heat mode on timed dry. will work fine in low heat mode. tested in high heat for about thirty minutes and had no issues. issues is either in a motor overheating and opening and then cooling down and running again or due to a drop in house voltage. since i can not duplicate the issue i am ordering a new motor to resolve the issue. if issues persists after repalcing the motor the cx will need to have an electrician take a look at the house electrical. cx agreed. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel) and 1 W11549461 (motor) and 1 W10909685 (thermal fuse)

CX compliant was thatb the unit is not heating correctly. I was able to test sensor probe at tghe control and found it to be a200 OHMS's . I inspected the broil and bake elements and found good continuity. I set the bake to 350 and took temp readings with a thermacoupling. I found the unti to reach temps in less then 10 min. I did calibrated the unti up 20 degrees based on my temp readings. Unit test good.

Both evaps only frost pattern on top coil...RC evap a little better with frost making it to 3rd bend. Called TF and went over findings and evap pics. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud squeeling noise when sppinning and wobbles as well. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran the high speed spin and found that the noise is coming from the belt slipping on the splutch. I also found that the basket wobbles during the spin as well. I found that the gearcase has play in it up and down. I am ordering the gear case repair and a 2 call count. Will use the belt and splutch on return. I was able to set the return for Tuesday 12/6 AM preference.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gear case)

CX complaint about unit stopped cooling after a big sound then doing a clicking sound constantly confirmed both unit not cooling well RC 56* FC 23* frost formation on FC's evap put unit on test 38 to a forced defrost I was able to hear heater sizzling but I heard a constantly clanking sound from solenoid plug unit to my watt meter & ran test 4 changing up to 7 watts when unit changes speed on compressor then unplugged unit & check resistance on rkv solenoid got 48oh in all of them but giving me a higher resistance on both right windings b4 gets there issue with control board rkv valve & defrost/fan asm CX DONT WANT TO PROCEED WANT TO CALL KA TO SEE IF THEY HELP documented 7735040331; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11429989 (rkv solenoid)
