cx complaint the unit is not working everytime. checked the unit and found very sensitive interlock switches. also found the inner light not working due to the interlocks failing. tried to remove the unit and noticed how it is installed it needs to be lifted over a trim piece and i do not have very much room to work with. ordering a second tech to resolve the issue. cx understood and said she will feel way more comfortable to wait fro a second tech. tried to call tradecare for approval and was transfered to aig and then the call los connection so we will need to send over for approval. took photos showing the area and space arpund the unit. too tight of a fit for a oven dolley as well. will return once approved for second tech.; saved tckt

cx complaint the unit is shutting down the motor in the high heat mode on timed dry. will work fine in low heat mode. tested in high heat for about thirty minutes and had no issues. issues is either in a motor overheating and opening and then cooling down and running again or due to a drop in house voltage. since i can not duplicate the issue i am ordering a new motor to resolve the issue. if issues persists after repalcing the motor the cx will need to have an electrician take a look at the house electrical. cx agreed. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel) and 1 W11549461 (motor) and 1 W10909685 (thermal fuse)

Check the lower hinge to the refrigerator on the right side. Found that door grommet is cracked inside the door so every time you open the door is making a clicking / crunching sound. cx complant of unit not cooling in both sides inspected unit found freezer at 23 and fridge 42 looked for dye in freezer and compressor area and no dye with light and glasses hookedup gages found low side at 18 in vac and high side at 90 psi refilled unit to make sure the compressor is working pressurew went up also found large frost ball of ice on cap and suction line in freezer melted ice told cx there might be a leak in cabnet and gave cx ss labor pricing she then called wp to see if she can get a consession for labor then sent it up for revie and will get back with them in a few days if we go back we will need to to a nitrogen test on lines in the cabnet to try and find the leak

"Door still frozen shut. CX had turned unit off for four days and door still wouldn't open and turned unit back on. CX stated that warranty company said to use hair dryer, unfortunately no way to get hair dryer into unit to defrost with door frozen closed. Did verify drain is working for defrost. Called techline talked to Scott said that have to leave off for longer or break door off but as far as breaking door off would need to come from AIG to authorize and to have door here already when door is broken off. W10757551 door part number."
