"arrived cx said unit has been working good. i checked freezer tmeps unit is going through defroat and is at 29degrees in freezer. i hooked up guages and we are in a 9inch vac snapped pic of guages. checked ove unit with uv light to find no uv dye and no signs of a leak. so i decided to replace all parts so if unit stops working i again good chance not fixable. i replaced the evaporator,compressor drier coupler the vacumed system down and filled to 5oz and started cooling again. unit is good to go"

CX complaint is low ice production. Inspected/tested and found IM harvests properly and fills with water. The issue is that the liner inside the ice boc is pushed down on the top left and the ice bin assembly does not seat flush at all. Put flashlight inside to verify this. CX husband said its hard for him to pull out and it was for me as well.. When push all the way in there is a very visible gap which is allowing warm air in and half melting the ice. Called WPTL and spoke to Rob. Overfoamed ice box. Non repairable OOW. Refer to CX to WP customer Service. CX paid the $139 service call by CC. Job is complete

I pulled unit and found 124.5vac to valve. qouted cx for valve and cx accpeted. I then replaced valve and found no water pressure from supply line. "Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning clothes out and is making a loud noise. upon arrival I found that the unit has an F7E1, F7E6 and F2E1. I then ran the manual spin and found that the unit is spinning without any issue. I accessed the bottom of the unit and found that the cover screws have worked their way out and the cover was laying on the floor. When the unit is under load it is pressing on the cover and causing it to not spin. I am ordering the parts that have been damaged.
