i was able to access unit and found the thermistor was not tight on the evap suction line. i was able to bend tab and use a zip tie to keep it in place. also used the tie downs to bring the evap tight to the back of the wall. used the new evap cover with some gaskets i had in van stock to tightly seal the evap in its housing. the drip pan itself was not warped and was straight. unit now checks good.; used 4 w11573592 (gasket) from stock

CX complaint is that the tuni is maki9ng a noise during the spin cycle. I was able to enter diag mode and found no errors. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit to be opperating as designed. CX informed me that the noise onluy happens when iteams are in the unit . I had CX load the unit and ran the spin . I found the unit again to be opperatign as designed. CX insist that the utni is makin g a noise and has done so since POP. I advised CX to run the unit as they have been and to capture the nose on video and call back in for service. I could not recreate the noise .

"cx complaint the unit sparking inside unit. found turntable coupler slightly melted & some white coating peeled away near where the wheels of turnwheel ring rides. removed bottom cover & found signs of damage or issues with wires. tested unit with wet papertowl for 1:30. found no issues, papertowel was dry/hot. retried 3 more times. then retried 2 more times with bottom cover back in place. no issues. safety SR7733821467"

"U1313Y0DPL1 cx complaint unit wont work you hit start then it shows f1e4 error code said i hope you have a control in your truck. inspected unit and tested unit confirmed error pops up when you hit start f1e4. relay connection is tight on control, checked door switches and found lower interlock switch got hot or something looks to shorted and melted some. grabbed pre id parts from van and replaced upper and lower interlock assem then put unit back together and tested and now works good. heated some water and heats good. unit is good"
