CX compliant was thatb the unit is not heating correctly. I was able to test sensor probe at tghe control and found it to be a200 OHMS's . I inspected the broil and bake elements and found good continuity. I set the bake to 350 and took temp readings with a thermacoupling. I found the unti to reach temps in less then 10 min. I did calibrated the unti up 20 degrees based on my temp readings. Unit test good.

CX stated that warranty company said to use hair dryer, unfortunately no way to get hair dryer into unit to defrost with door frozen closed. Did verify drain is working for defrost. cx complaint unit never heated after repair. inspted unit confirmed no heat good outlet power unit is kind loud. pulled unit apart to find the red wire to thermister was not plugged in. so plugged in then tried adjusting unit multible times and did get it to sound better now. it looks like blower wheel wobbles and iis vibratiing alot so added pads to the blower wheel cover and does sound better. dont cx to run and if its bothering her we can try to replace the motor and blower wheel to see if helps. cx is going to use unit and see how it goes. adding parts to tcket incase she calls back; ordrng 1 WPW10349492 (blower wheel) and 1 W11094983 (motor)

In order to replace the sump motor the unit will need to be pulled out but the tile is about an inch high. The leveling legs will need to be cut to remove the unit.
