Cx complaint is that the unit is not igniting consistently. Upon arrival I found that the RF burner is not always igniting properly. I removed the burner cap and found small amounts of corrosion and residue on the cap I cleaned it off and found that the burner ignited better. I also cleaned the flame spreader. I was able to get the burner to ignite more consistently. However it still took several seconds of a couple of the attempts. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid the service fee and will decide on the repair at a later time.

Cx complaint that the unit has long dry times. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. I ran the unit and it tumbles and has heat. However the airflow is pretty low. I removed the duct line and the airflow was fine. The homes duct line needs to be cleared and reducing the duct length from the unit to the wall will help as well. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint is Water not filling to appropriate height level when in auto sense or deep wash (out of even after recent monthly clean wash. Fills to basically same level both times not even enough to spread detergent around. Only fills all the way up when on clean wash. Filling water to appropriate level When water is filling. Called tech support to verify proper water level. No fault codes found in unit. Put soil on heavy, water level on deep fill. And set to bulky. , unit filled like it should. No problems found. Unit working properly.."

"cx complaitn following the fc door replacement the unit now rubs the fc door against the rc door when closing. inspected unit and found that the right side door could be adjusted so that the contact is not made during closure. however, cx has a substanially damaged tile floor that has the unit so unlevel that the unit will likely never close optimally due to how unlevel it is (took pics). cx states she wil be having the floor repaired, but as for now unit is as good of an install and closure as it can be."
