"CX complaint unit will not wash dishes. Inspected unit and found no water going into unit to start washing. Put a few cups of water in dishwasher and sump ran correctly with no leaks. Checked voltage at inlet valve and had nothing. Remove front door skin and found brown wires to have come apart. Unit will need a new harness to properly fix. Patched harness, temporary until customer decides what they want to do. Unit is now working and washing dishes."

"CX complaint: Long Dry timesInspected unit, used Ty card to test airflow. Before i touched the unit when it ran, it got hot but would blow air out of the top of the lint trap on the top of the unit. i disconnected vent and tried again, when i did that the unit sucked air in like its supposed to. CX stated she got rid of her old unit cause it started to have long dry times. I advised CX to get her Vents looked at, theres an abstruction in the vent causing the dryer to NOT be able to pull moisture out of the clothes."

cx complaint unit is making noise and turning off by itseld. inspected and found all rollers wobbling and bad. idler can use a replacement as well. found moisture harness not working properly. unit will need all 4 rollers idler and moisture harness. unit is stacked as well. quoted cx and he paid call as of now and will call in if he wants to go through with repair. will need to order 2 more rollers and moisture harness before next visit. 1 WP3406653 and 2 more WPW10314173
