cx complaint the unit is shutting down the motor in the high heat mode on timed dry. will work fine in low heat mode. tested in high heat for about thirty minutes and had no issues. issues is either in a motor overheating and opening and then cooling down and running again or due to a drop in house voltage. since i can not duplicate the issue i am ordering a new motor to resolve the issue. if issues persists after repalcing the motor the cx will need to have an electrician take a look at the house electrical. cx agreed. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel) and 1 W11549461 (motor) and 1 W10909685 (thermal fuse)

"Sr#7735110608CX complaint unit was working fine CX paused unit in the middle of Cycle and pulled top drawer out. As soon as top drawers pulled out the unit started beeping and would not stop and no longer would start any kind of cycle. The only way to stop the beeping is to hold lock. Found this to be the case. Could not check properly for error codes start a cycle , or do anything besides lock it. Inspected rotor and found it was not jammed as well. Call Techline with the SR number above. They instructed to replace the control and possible UI which is no longer available. Quoted customer for repair explained that its possible the control may not fix the issue but we will attempt to swap controls from bottom to top before replacing with a new one, just to make sure.CX paid 120 for service call and will let us know within 30 days ; ordrng 1 WP8194444 (Control)"

"cx complaint unit looses cooling in the RC. Fc builds frost on back wall. today it looks like unit is cooling. took internal temps and found RC was 34 degrees, FC was -3. step 1=01, step 2=01, step 3= evap fan came on and baffle opened. ran step 6 and found bi-metal was showing closed. pulled unit out and test P2 3-7 and found .2 ohms. tested heat element at control P2-3 / P1-2 and found 32.1ohms. ran step 6 again and found the heater did come on. called TL (SR7735111647) TL thinks its a intermitten issue with the fan motor and baffle. he also wants the evap harness ordered just incase unit has a wiring issue. ordering evap harness and will use the damper and fan motor on return visit. please call cx once parts are approved to schedule a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11551372 (evap harness)"

Customer compliant unit is leaking. I tested the unit and i could not see the the unit leaking as the custoemr described. But i can see wet under the load and go bin. Cx complaint is that the unit is not igniting consistently. Upon arrival I found that the RF burner is not always igniting properly. I removed the burner cap and found small amounts of corrosion and residue on the cap I cleaned it off and found that the burner ignited better. I also cleaned the flame spreader. I was able to get the burner to ignite more consistently. However it still took several seconds of a couple of the attempts. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid the service fee and will decide on the repair at a later time.
