"cx complaint is water leaking from under fridge causing damage to the floors. cx had pictures of a large puddle of water on the floor at the front left of unit. floors are warped where puddle was. floors are also peeling apart in front of unit. i took pictures of floor and pictures of the cx pictures. found no ice build up in either sections, drain lines are not clogged. i tested water dispensor. ran several cups and nothing leaked. tested IM, it filled with no issues and no leaks. very little room to pull unit out. door handles and pantry door fronts had to be removed so i could pull unit out enough to look behind it. no signs of leaks. i called techline to document. they had me run test 38. also added water to drain pan. no leak. advied we checked everything."

I think its possiable we are getting some noise from the drain hose when unit is in a spin. advised cx to take a look at the hoses when she hears it again. mentioned using foam hose to wrap drain/ supply hoses to keep it from being noisy. i did see evidence/markings on back was and back of unit from drain hose. unit checks good.

Cx complaint unit not powering on. Was able to access unit and found unit getting proper voltage at terminal block but no dc voltage to the console. Contacted techline. Verified 123VAC into power control but no dc voltage out. Reccomends power board. Quoted cx for repair and collecetd full amount. Replaced part with pre-id and tested unit now checks good no further work needed.
