cx complaint is unit wont start and keeps beeping and flashing a light. unit flashes the F8E4 code. cant start of run unit. cx not home just someone to let me in to ask bout soap and unit running. pulled lower cover to find tray full so unit wouldnt run. cleared water and dried and started a cycle. did find a small drip from water line at valve. put a half turn on line. drip went away. unit has a bunch of soap in it as well. ran unit and bubbles came out. opened door and subs went all over. cx tried to say nothing was in unit but soap doesnt lie. dried unit again and advised she needs to clean and clear unit and do a empty wash to wash unit out and see how unit does again. units getting to much pressure in it. job complete.

Found that the shaft of the gearcase is out of round which wore out the basket. Attempted to seperate and found parts are seized together. Checked under unit and found oil and found the capacitor making contact with splutch which is wearing down the casing and oil to get on parts. Unit will need 2 call count tub job with a 2nd tech. Cx complaint is unit not draining. tested and inspected and verified complaint. unit did not have a high loop installed and there was build up in the drain line. installed high loop and recommended cx use affresh cleaning tablets. checked unit for error codes and unit had F4E3 and F8E2 error codes wash arms are not getting water through and unit is draining poorly. quoted cx on cost of repair and cx was under the impression they were in warranty. had email for extended warranty but nothing showing the dishwasher or a parts and labor authorization. cx is going to reach out to see if repair is covered or not. cs line stated VIA needed to confirm this with the dispatching party to see if this is in warranty or not. if not in warranty cx owes $120 sc.; ordrng 1 W11087376 (pump&motor) and 1 look (look)

"cx complaint, loud buzzing and popping breaker. tested, inspected, verified complaint. unit is cooling normally but has popped breaker on a few occaisions. found cause of buzzing, adjusted refrigerant line touching back of compressor. pulled amp draw on compressor, .79amp. unplugged unit to force a power cycle. when plugged back in, comp pulled 12 amps, down to 8 amps and did not start. cycled the same way 4 times in about 10 minutes before finally starting. im unable to reach a SS tech at this time. considering the unit cools well normally, i doubt its a leak so i am only ordering compressor, coupler and dryer. 2 count labor. unable to resched.; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11506635 (coupler)"

"CX complaint unit makes a clicking noise and overfills. Inspected unit and found no air codes. Ran diagnostic cycle unit completed cycle but during agitation made loud clicking noises like the gear mechanism in the agitator was bad. Lift up unit and inspected underneath and found all parts to be good, lowered unit back down and showed customer when it was clicking, remove pressure switch hose and blue air through and there is no clogs quoted CX for repair. "Cx complaint is unit is not fully spinning out clothes. Installed control, and new control powered on for less the a second and powered off . I unplugged unit and found the units relay would click. When this happened the green light would turn on and turn off . I could hear the drain pump turn on for less then a second and then the control would power down. I unplugged all connectors and plugged them in one by one. This time the control did not power down. I checked for error codes and found f1e1 error code, main control fault. new control was defective out of box. I re-installed old control. While running auto test mode I could hear squeaking and scraping during high speed spin coming from the gear case. I also noticed the basket is out of balance due to a bent gearcase. Unit will need new control (W11603810), motor (W10890624), clutch (W10721967), and gearcase (W11454741). Scheduled follow up for Monday 12/5/22.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Main Control) and 1 W10890624 (Motor) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch) and 1 W11454741 (Gearcase)"
