Clothing cx showed tech is signs of detergent being left on clothing, unit shows no error codes. Load and go shows lowest setting for detergent. Unit shows good water pressure for both hot and cold valve. Advised cx that soil is at lowest setting and would reccomend raising soil level as wall as extra rinse to remove leftover detergent from clothing. Unit working as designed, no further work needed. I noticed that the cover is not seating flush on the damper assembly. I was able to remove the cover and found that the damp is running smooth and quiet when the cover is not installed. I found that the cover has a twist in it that is causing it to put pressure on the damper and make the noise. I am ordering the cover. I then ran the diag test and found that it is functioning properly and heating. I found that the cx is not using rinse aid and not runnin g the faucet before starting. I ran the faucet and showed the cx that it took about 2 minutes and several gallons of water before it started getting hot. I found that the unit is functioning as intended. I advised the cx on the use of rinse aid and priming the water lines for the cycles. Job complete.
