"cx complaint is water leaking from under fridge causing damage to the floors. cx had pictures of a large puddle of water on the floor at the front left of unit. floors are warped where puddle was. floors are also peeling apart in front of unit. i took pictures of floor and pictures of the cx pictures. found no ice build up in either sections, drain lines are not clogged. i tested water dispensor. ran several cups and nothing leaked. tested IM, it filled with no issues and no leaks. very little room to pull unit out. door handles and pantry door fronts had to be removed so i could pull unit out enough to look behind it. no signs of leaks. i called techline to document. they had me run test 38. also added water to drain pan. no leak. advied we checked everything. gave cx SR#."

"arrived temps were 7 in freezer 33 pulled unit out checked heat transfer dryer is cold so took frreezer apart unit has full frost pattern some ice build up on right hand side not around thermister then damper opened closed a couple times and is noisey. unit is still on and cooling so checked dryer again and now is warm condenser is hot. replaced control , ui and damper plugged back in and unit started to cool. told cx keep an eye on tmeps over the weekend and to call back monday if still issue"

CX complaint oven user interface buttons are nonresponsive. Arrive to unit and inspected and found. None of the buttons on the user interface are working. Disconnected the power and removed all user interface control replace with new one and tested unit buttons are on now working as should. Set time and tested bake unit preheated with no problems. arrived upper uice maker started making ice was litttle over half full snapped pic but temps are still off he said. inspected temps and freezer is at 12 fridge 37. hooked low side up to compressor and 14 inch vacume. called AH and was told i need thr new scale and told me how to fill unit. filled unit to correct pressure and dryer is noice and warm condenser is good and hot but then return line stated icing over so let some freon out till that didnt happen. let unit run for 20 minuts 6 on the low side and that should be good and still good heat transfer on dryer system now seems good. unit is good

"CX complaint: IM is making a very loud sound. This sound went on for 2 weeks and stopped yesterday. Tested and verified complaint. CX played a recording for me. What it sounds like is whistling. I believe this was a water line whistling as water was running through it. I could not duplicate. I did slight;ly turn the valve to alter the water flow slightly. If it is whistling, that would likely solve problem. If sound returns, we may need to replace a pump and water line in the unit. Unit is working properly. Job is complete"
