cx complaint unit is not cooling again. got to unit and found low side pressure -25 high side 90 when i arrived. got nitrogen from van and filled to 180 psi. let sit and pressure started to drop very slow over 15 mins. only 3 psi but did drop so has sall leak somewhere. while pressurixed i checked over all jointws with uv light. no dye anywhere on evap or back of unit near comp. called techline with findings. found unit to have leak somewhere we could not access. unit is being put under for review. job completed. nothing more we can do.

"Cx complaint is unit is not fully spinning out clothes. Installed control, and new control powered on for less the a second and powered off . I unplugged unit and found the units relay would click. When this happened the green light would turn on and turn off . I could hear the drain pump turn on for less then a second and then the control would power down. I unplugged all connectors and plugged them in one by one. This time the control did not power down. I checked for error codes and found f1e1 error code, main control fault. new control was defective out of box. I re-installed old control. While running auto test mode I could hear squeaking and scraping during high speed spin coming from the gear case. I also noticed the basket is out of balance due to a bent gearcase. Unit will need new control (W11603810), motor (W10890624), clutch (W10721967), and gearcase (W11454741). Scheduled follow up for Monday 12/5/22.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Main Control) and 1 W10890624 (Motor) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch) and 1 W11454741 (Gearcase)"

"cx complaint unit not completing cycles and got stuck with lid locked, has to unplug unit to get lid to unlock. inspected unit and verified complaint. several errors stored, f7e1 basket speed fault, f7e5 shifter fault, f7e7 motor unable to reach target rpm. spun basket by hand and can hear the bearings are loud. ran autotest and it completed but was very loud during spin. checked under unit and looks like gearcase was leaking water, rust on everything. ordering gearcase, splutch and returning with preid belt and actuator. 2ct for gearcase job. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11454372 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

"Inspected unit, had to disconnect power to get unit out, Found Spray arm clogged and not connected to sump properly on arrival,found the fitting going to the inlet water valve was leaking. Replaced sump, tested for leaks all good besides the water valve. Ran 2 test cycles to confirm and checked for codes. no codes present control not needed. Turned water off to unit, CX made appointment with installers while i was there to have them come repair the supply line. Advised CX NOT to use unit until supply line is repaired."

cx complaint is unit and its heating and running issues. says drys great one day then no heat it seems other days. F3E2 F4E4 F6E2 F6E3. tested and ran unit. she said some days wash room feels ligh a heated room as its really hot after a load when dryer runs. ftested and checked unit. unit heated and was in range on normal. she said not all settings work and heats and she said times jump all over. cleared codes asked if she tried timed dry or just normal to pin point issue. unit had trouble taking codes and responding as well. will order parts needed as well as advised parts. unit wouldnt stay running with a wet towel over sensor either. as soon as approval is given and parts are in office will schedule. on timed unit has H203 down to L109.; ordrng 1 W11089306 (Fascia) and 1 W11089308 (Control) and 1 279973 (TCO Kit) and 1 WPW10298258 (Harness)

"cx complaint is the drum not turning with a load in the unit. cx said if just 1 or 2 peices of light clothing are in or drum is empty it spins. checked for codes and found F3E2, F2E1, F4E4, F4E3. tested unit. basket spun empty. cx only had dry clothes on hand which were not heavy enough to replicate issue. unit is making a rattling noise and a screaching nose. belt is slipping on drum and idler is bad. all rollers spin freely. motor findings are 2ohms at board. 1-6ohms is in spec. moisture sensor is working, cx said unit has not been shutting off to soon. replaced belt and idler pulley. unit is working as designed.; ordrng 1 W10837240 (idler pulley), used 1 W10837240 (idler pulley) from stock"

"cx complaint is a metal knocking sound or clanking or something. she said unit is covered but called us about issues. unit was quiet as can be during a entire drain and spin. asked what size load does unit make sounds on and she didnt recall. did find broken bolt in stator and a slight turbo sound in the back. will reorder parts as well as new screws and cx said she is calling whirlpool about this and this is something she has been dealing with since they got unit and units the same. advised her i will order parts needed and she can call unit in as well. also remember the load size as we will run the same cycle when here to better pin point noise and issue. no codes in unit either.; ordrng 1 W11354541 (Stator, Motor) and 1 W11314361 (Rotor, Motor) and 8 W11314657 (Screw)s"
