arrirved to check unit before and install compressor. i found the unit to have faulty start device relay. and when replacing the start device i foudn the units compressor to fire right up and beging developing a frost pattern. i replaced all the leds in the unit and full light operations are back and waited 40 mins for cooling progession and found all coils have frost and blowing cold air. allow proper time to cool back down and reach desire recommened temps and unit checks good.

"Cx complaint is washer leaking. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the cx has a floor drain that keeps backing up and causes water to be all over his basement floor. When the washer drains or the cx runs water upstairs, water will back up out of the floor drain. This is not an issue with the washer, the unit is not leaking water. Cx complaint is that the unit is giving an F8E4 and is continuously draining. Upon arrival I verified the error code. I then found that the tray has water in it. I inspected the gasket and found it to be intact and functioning. i then emptied the tray and ran a quick wash cycle. I ran it for about 15 minutes and found noe evidence of leaking. I did find that the drain pump has debris in it's cavity. I could hear the debris bouncing on the impellar. I was able to clear the pump and found that it is now draining properly. unit is functioning as intended. I was unable to replicate the leak. Job complete

Found unit to show no error codes and went through diagnostic cycle with no issues. Checked cx settings for each cycle and soil level is normal and below. CX complaint was that the UI control had a red icemaker off light on. I was able to edjucate CX on how to turn the icemaker on and off at the UI control panel. CX also informed me that water form teh dispenser had low pressure. I ws able to access the filter and fou d that it was not turned clockwise and secured in the filter head. I edjcated CX on how to remove and install the water filter. Unit test good. Install and Instruct has been fulfilled

"cx complaint unit not cooling properly and icemaker leaking. inspected unit and verified complaint. icemaker dripping out the fascia so valve must be seeping since its not even warm enough to harvest ice and call for water. replaced triple valve. found evap fan not running and getting 12.76vdc. noticed slide rails arent pulling door shut good everytime, even with door and bins removed and working out any possible ice in the sliderails. icemaker has E5 error but may just be from evap fan not running and icemaker isnt in stock so dont want to wait on it if its not needed so cooling can be fixed sooner. ordering evap fan and slide rail set, in stock, scheduled return visit for 12/11; ordrng 1 W11668671 (slide rail LH and RH set(INSPECT)) and 1 W11578030 (evap fan)"
