cx complaint the unit is shaiking during operation. checked the unit and found some hoses hitting the back of the unit and one leg needed to be adjusted. after that i showed cx the operation and she is still not happy with the unit. i advised her that with it being upstairs in a pan and with the floors the way they are it is going to shake. the floors are so soft that the whole dryer shakes while the washer is running. no parts can be repalced to make the unit run any different. unit is running as designed. advised cx if she is still not happy to contact the manufacturer or place of purchase to see if they have any other options for the cx. ccx agreed.

"CX complaint unit makes a clicking noise and overfills. Inspected unit and found no air codes. Ran diagnostic cycle unit completed cycle but during agitation made loud clicking noises like the gear mechanism in the agitator was bad. Lift up unit and inspected underneath and found all parts to be good, lowered unit back down and showed customer when it was clicking, remove pressure switch hose and blue air through and there is no clogs quoted CX for repair.
