Cx had a photo of f0e9 but it was not saved in the unit's memory. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I calibrated the unit as well. At the moment the unit has no obvious issue with performance. The cx uses the 'extra power'.feature. I explained to the cx how a small amount of water is dispensed at the beginning of the cycle, the unit appears to start washing then later the remaining water is added. The cx now understands the functionality of the unit. The unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee by CC. "cx complaint, loud buzzing and popping breaker. tested, inspected, verified complaint. unit is cooling normally but has popped breaker on a few occaisions. found cause of buzzing, adjusted refrigerant line touching back of compressor. pulled amp draw on compressor, .79amp. unplugged unit to force a power cycle. when plugged back in, comp pulled 12 amps, down to 8 amps and did not start. cycled the same way 4 times in about 10 minutes before finally starting. im unable to reach a SS tech at this time. considering the unit cools well normally, i doubt its a leak so i am only ordering compressor, coupler and dryer. 2 count labor. unable to resched.; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11506635 (coupler)"

"cx complaint is the drum not turning with a load in the unit. cx said if just 1 or 2 peices of light clothing are in or drum is empty it spins. checked for codes and found F3E2, F2E1, F4E4, F4E3. tested unit. basket spun empty. cx only had dry clothes on hand which were not heavy enough to replicate issue. unit is making a rattling noise and a screaching nose. belt is slipping on drum and idler is bad. all rollers spin freely. motor findings are 2ohms at board. 1-6ohms is in spec. moisture sensor is working, cx said unit has not been shutting off to soon. replaced belt and idler pulley. unit is working as designed.; ordrng 1 W10837240 (idler pulley), used 1 W10837240 (idler pulley) from stock"

Cx complaint unit making noise and banging around. Was able to access unit and found no saved codes. Ran unit and found it banging around. Found that the shaft of the gearcase is out of round which wore out the basket. Attempted to seperate and found parts are seized together. Checked under unit and found oil and found the capacitor making contact with splutch which is wearing down the casing and oil to get on parts. Unit will need 2 call count tub job with a 2nd tech. CX comp;lai nt is that the unti is leaking i the front left cornner of the unit. I found that CX is using Dawn dish soap to clean the dishes before they are put into the DW. I was able to remove the outer door skin and ran a normal cycle. I found suds preseant in the unit during the cycle as well as being able to watch the water ovewhelem the tub and spill onto the floor and go down the funel into the foat pan causing the F8E4. I called WP Tech Line and spoke to TJ. I explained my findingd . I advised per WP to CX to run clean cycles with vinagar or Vegtable oil . No repairs to be made at this time . "Upon arrival i went over history and tested unit. The description and sound i have run into with another unit. It is the cooling fan getting hung up. It clicks for few seconds then stops running. I did not find any wires that look like they could be hanging it up but the sound does sound just like it is coming from cooling fan by sound and location of the sound. After inspecting fan and moving a magnet in the fan to see if any screws or any metal object may be inside it, The unit then worked without clicking after that.
