"Cx complaint that the unit is not filling fully with water and the cycles are not completing. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f7e4. Cx had a photo of f0e9 but it was not saved in the unit's memory. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I calibrated the unit as well. At the moment the unit has no obvious issue with performance. The cx uses the 'extra power'.feature. I explained to the cx how a small amount of water is dispensed at the beginning of the cycle, the unit appears to start washing then later the remaining water is added. The cx now understands the functionality of the unit. The unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee by CC. replaced motor harness and control tested unit would not heat checked voltage unit getting 241vac at outlet but at terminal unit is getting 120vac from blk to red at terminal block and 37vac from red to white call MR was advised to try wiggling cord to see if voltage returns and unit heats did that unit started heating and power returned was advised by MR to have cx have outlet replaced due to contact issue inside oulet unit is working as designed

I called WP tech line and was able to rule out the run motor, the drain pump, and DC circuts. Per WP Tech Line I am ordering 1 main wire Harness (W11344507). Verified 123VAC into power control but no dc voltage out. Reccomends power board. Quoted cx for repair and collecetd full amount. "relpaced filter head due to slow flow and and now when i dispense water with filter almost no water comes out and when i take filter off unit air is coming out of filter, installed bypass and flow is great. unit is 3 months old and i guess has a bad filter. infomred cx to get a filter then showed her how to isntall and it and to flush couple 2 gallons through new filter when installed. told cx to call us back if filter does not work"

cx complaint is unit leaks water in and after a few days has a good pubble in unit. says he has to turn hot water off and it stopps. found code F8E1 F8E3. testeed and checked unit. ran through tests. unit has slow leak on hot side. replaced both valves and tested again. water is help back and you cant hear the valve leaking. unit now checks. job complete.
