I found that there are no stored errors in 56(E0). I also found the icemaker to harvest and the valve to open and fill the icemaker with out leak. Icebox fan motor is opperating as designed.. "cx provided pop showing unit delivered 8/23/22. cx called in complaint on 9/21. called office and spoke with VL and was advised we can get repaired covered. cx complaint oven door glass shattered. cx called in complaint within 30day cosmetic warranty. replaced door asm and tested. unit is now working properly. door asm didnt come with a nameplate, showed cx and they said they like it better without it and they have a warming drawer under unit that has one anyway."

"cx complaint is water leaking from under fridge causing damage to the floors. cx had pictures of a large puddle of water on the floor at the front left of unit. floors are warped where puddle was. floors are also peeling apart in front of unit. i took pictures of floor and pictures of the cx pictures. found no ice build up in either sections, drain lines are not clogged. i tested water dispensor. ran several cups and nothing leaked. tested IM, it filled with no issues and no leaks. very little room to pull unit out. door handles and pantry door fronts had to be removed so i could pull unit out enough to look behind it. no signs of leaks. i called techline to document. they had me run test 38. also added water to drain pan. no leak. advied we checked everything. gave cx SR#."

"relpaced filter head due to slow flow and and now when i dispense water with filter almost no water comes out and when i take filter off unit air is coming out of filter, installed bypass and flow is great. unit is 3 months old and i guess has a bad filter. infomred cx to get a filter then showed her how to isntall and it and to flush couple 2 gallons through new filter when installed. told cx to call us back if filter does not work"

"Inspected unit, had to disconnect power to get unit out, Found Spray arm clogged and not connected to sump properly on arrival,found the fitting going to the inlet water valve was leaking. Replaced sump, tested for leaks all good besides the water valve. Ran 2 test cycles to confirm and checked for codes. no codes present control not needed. Turned water off to unit, CX made appointment with installers while i was there to have them come repair the supply line. Advised CX NOT to use unit until supply line is repaired."
