"Inspected unit, had to disconnect power to get unit out, Found Spray arm clogged and not connected to sump properly on arrival,found the fitting going to the inlet water valve was leaking. Replaced sump, tested for leaks all good besides the water valve. Ran 2 test cycles to confirm and checked for codes. no codes present control not needed. Turned water off to unit, CX made appointment with installers while i was there to have them come repair the supply line. Advised CX NOT to use unit until supply line is repaired."

I ran a service cycle, all component passed, but a did hear a scraping noise from under the unit while it spun and agitated. I looked under the unit and found the shield loose and out of place. One of the screws for the shield came out. I secured the screw in the shield and calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

"Upon arrival i went over history and tested unit. The description and sound i have run into with another unit. It is the cooling fan getting hung up. It clicks for few seconds then stops running. I did not find any wires that look like they could be hanging it up but the sound does sound just like it is coming from cooling fan by sound and location of the sound. After inspecting fan and moving a magnet in the fan to see if any screws or any metal object may be inside it, The unit then worked without clicking after that. Ordering cooling fan motor, housing and wheel. Scheduled return visit for 12/1 any time; ordrng 1 W10533501 (housing) and 1 W11230994 (motor-fan) and 1 W10533503 (wheel-fan)"

Cx complaint unit making noise and banging around. Was able to access unit and found no saved codes. Ran unit and found it banging around. Found that the shaft of the gearcase is out of round which wore out the basket. Attempted to seperate and found parts are seized together. Checked under unit and found oil and found the capacitor making contact with splutch which is wearing down the casing and oil to get on parts. Unit will need 2 call count tub job with a 2nd tech. "Cx complaint is unit is not fully spinning out clothes. Installed control, and new control powered on for less the a second and powered off . I unplugged unit and found the units relay would click. When this happened the green light would turn on and turn off . I could hear the drain pump turn on for less then a second and then the control would power down. I unplugged all connectors and plugged them in one by one. This time the control did not power down. I checked for error codes and found f1e1 error code, main control fault. new control was defective out of box. I re-installed old control. While running auto test mode I could hear squeaking and scraping during high speed spin coming from the gear case. I also noticed the basket is out of balance due to a bent gearcase. Unit will need new control (W11603810), motor (W10890624), clutch (W10721967), and gearcase (W11454741). Scheduled follow up for Monday 12/5/22.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Main Control) and 1 W10890624 (Motor) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch) and 1 W11454741 (Gearcase)"
