"Upon arrival i went over history and tested unit. The description and sound i have run into with another unit. It is the cooling fan getting hung up. It clicks for few seconds then stops running. I did not find any wires that look like they could be hanging it up but the sound does sound just like it is coming from cooling fan by sound and location of the sound. After inspecting fan and moving a magnet in the fan to see if any screws or any metal object may be inside it, The unit then worked without clicking after that. I then cleared the errors Cycled power and ran the diag test. The unit had o failures and 3 faults. The three previous faults reappeared. I did audibly hear the blower fan running rough and slowing down as it was running. I quoted the cx for the cost of the blower and control repair. Cx paid in full. "Cx complaint is the unit is not cooling. I found the unit unplugged. Removed all rc selfs and air tower. I found the tabs at the top of the Evap cover and rc evap housing were broken off. I removed Evap cover and found the Evap housing dowl that secures the Evap cover on to the housing is broken off from the oil that leaked from the Evap.. to replace the housing the Evap will have to b replaced again. I was able to replace the door closer and led light in the freezer. When I put the unit back together I noticed the freezer and pantry door switches not responding in test 18but after a couple of mins the door switches began to respond . Unit Will now need . "CX complai t was that the utni was not producing ice and when it did that the icemaker would have water run out of it. I was able to access diag and ran test 56,57,45,and 36. I found that there are no stored errors in 56(E0). I also found the icemaker to harvest and the valve to open and fill the icemaker with out leak. Icebox fan motor is opperating as designed.. I inspected the pantry UI and and no sigs of water or corrosion . I could not recreat a leak. I did secure the face of the upper FC draw for CX as it kept coming off. Unit test good."

cx complaint unit is not cooling again. got to unit and found low side pressure -25 high side 90 when i arrived. got nitrogen from van and filled to 180 psi. let sit and pressure started to drop very slow over 15 mins. only 3 psi but did drop so has sall leak somewhere. while pressurixed i checked over all jointws with uv light. no dye anywhere on evap or back of unit near comp. called techline with findings. found unit to have leak somewhere we could not access. unit is being put under for review. job completed. nothing more we can do.
