cx complaint unit showing f9e1 error. plugged unit in upon arrival and entered diag. found the unit to have saved the described f9e1 as well as an f7e6 error. unit does not have standing water in it and cx stated that had never occured and the code was only prompted once. cleared fault codes and ran auto test. unit filled thru all 3 valves and then proceeded to drain with no issues. found drain hose is about 8 inches into the standpipe which is ideal. unit agitated during wash and motor did not indicate any unusual action. spin cycle revved at multiple speeds as intended in diag test. performed calibration and provided cx instruct and unit now checks good.

Replaced the burner tubes and burner head as per previous diagnosis. Tested orfice holder with light and the tube in it was clear. Left burners still working properly but now center burner flame is not changing at all as i turn the knob. The problem is getting worse and since manifold is allowing gas to get past center burner to feed left burners then the valve has to be where the problem is. Ordering center burner valve W11246817. Cx complaint that the unit is not agitating in cycles. I inspected the unit to confirmed the complaint. I found no error codes. I ran a service cycle and all components passed. I checked under the unit and all is well. I started a normal cycle and noticed the cx selected the '30min presoak' which delays the start of the cycle. I unselected the '30min presoak' option started a cycle and everything worked fine. I informed the cx of the functions of the options and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
