"CX complaint unit leaks a very small amount of water in the front left corner of dishwasher while unit is running. After previous text visit he found that the unit needed a new inner door tub gasket and bottom inner door gasket. Inspected inner door and bottom door gasket and found these to be perfectly fine. removed old tub gasket and found bottom left corner to have been pinched weird and flattened which could be causing that leak. Removed old tub gasket and replaced with new one. If problem reoccurs at that point, the customer will let us know and we will install inner door an inner door bottom gasket unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

CX complaint microwave light is not working. Arrive to unit and inspected and found when hitting switch light does not come on. Unplug microwave and removed lightbulb from socket found that there was a little bit of glue holding the bulb to the socket but was able to remove the glue. Found the bulb was blown replaced with a new bulb and plugged it back in and now light is working properly on high and low. Tested unit with wet paper towel and unit heated correctly. Tested fan feature on speeds worked unit is not working as designed job complete.

"CX complaint unit leaks water from the back. After previous text visit, he found that the waterline was not connected and could not get the water to stop leaking from the valve. After inspecting today I replaced the water inlet valve estate in my previous text I did make sure all waterlines for secure. Test the water at the dispenser to make sure we had a new lease in the back. Found no leaks and unit is not working as designed job complete."

"CX complaint low water flow from dispenser, no ice.Confirmed both complaints. Ran icemaker test, it cycled but didn't fill. Found frozen fill tube. defrosteed tube, the icemaker cycled and filled ok. Removed watee filter, the water flow at the dispenser increased to normal. CX complaint microwave light is not working. Arrive to unit and inspected and found when hitting switch light does not come on. Unplug microwave and removed lightbulb from socket found that there was a little bit of glue holding the bulb to the socket but was able to remove the glue. Found the bulb was blown replaced with a new bulb and plugged it back in and now light is working properly on high and low. Tested unit with wet paper towel and unit heated correctly. Tested fan feature on speeds worked unit is not working as designed job complete.

"CX complaint unit leaks a very small amount of water in the front left corner of dishwasher while unit is running. After previous text visit he found that the unit needed a new inner door tub gasket and bottom inner door gasket. Inspected inner door and bottom door gasket and found these to be perfectly fine. removed old tub gasket and found bottom left corner to have been pinched weird and flattened which could be causing that leak. Removed old tub gasket and replaced with new one. If problem reoccurs at that point, the customer will let us know and we will install inner door an inner door bottom gasket unit is now working as intended. Job complete"
