Removed ice and frost build up on door and ceiling. Used a bright light to see any gaps from the door gasket. Light was noticed from a gap between the gasket and fram of the freezer. Called tech support to document findings. No fram damage or warping of fram found. Used heat to fluff out door gaskets on Fc and Rc gaskets. Left instructions to not open doo9rs for 30 to 40 min. Unit working properly."

"Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently and it is leaking from the front. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f8e3. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. I checked the bellow gasket and found a tear on the left side. The bellow will need to be replaced. The banging probably came from an unbalanced load, I showed the cx the 'use and care guide' in the troubleshooting area about vibrations and unbalanced loads. CX complaint washing machine will not spin out close. Inspected unit and ran diagnostic cycle. Found unit performed everything but when unit got to spin it would not also heard during the test cycle. The unit made a loud rumbling noise. Inspected under unit and found a lot of rust and water that had came through tub and damaged all parts underneath. Unit is very rusty and this has been happening for a while now. Pulled bottom plate to inspect ignitor and found that chute was not covering the orfice from the regulator line. Fixed that issue then retested and unit is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is F9E12 code displayed. Replaced drain pump per prior diagnosis. During repairrealized the DW was a Kitchaid not a Maytag and therefore never came with chomper blades on drain pump. Inspected unit and found drain line installed improperly and wa kinked and that is why unit was not draining. Corrected install and then tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete
