"CX complaint water leak.Ran and inspected the unit, found two differents water leaks. The water line was not completely inserted in ther inlet valve and also the drain hose/liner nozzle connection had a loose clamp. Corrected both issues and the unit stopped leaking. Noticied also that the unit didn,t drain properly. There is not stand pipe but just a long rubber hose connected that doesn't allow the water to properly flow. Advised cx that this unit needs the drain connected to a stand pipe. I tried to offer a condensate pump installation, but looks like this model does't have this option available."

Cx complaint that there are many broken shelf parts and the water dispenser pressure is low. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. "Cx complaint that the center front burner does not light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found that the other burners work fine but the front center burner take a few seconds to light and sometimes does not light at all. The ignite is flashing but is not making contact with the burner head. I removed the burner head and cleaned off the area around and near the ignitor.
