"Cx complaint is WM will not change cycles. Inspected/tested and found lid lock not locking. Replaced from pre-id. During testing heard grinding noise. Looked under unit and found gearcase oil all under bottom of unit. Unit needs gearcase, capacitor, splutch, belt, motor and returning with pre-id actuator. This will be a 2 ct gearcase job. "cx complaint is the unit not cooling properly. cx said it will stop running for days then start working again. when it stops cooling cx said he cant hear fans or compressor running at all. issue last a few days at a time. unit set to recomneded. prob shows 43/10. compressor is running. pulling .51amps. i inspectd evap and found defrost heater connector loose. fixed that, heater worked. unit will need new evap harness. control box has 2 stickers on it. will need to be replaced. light in FC section is also out. ordering harness, control box and light. shedule when all parts are availalbe.; ordrng 1 W11602886 (module) and 1 W11546609 (control box) and 1 W11546681 (evap harness)"

"Cx complaint is ice maker not working again. inspected and verified complaint. found ice maker visibly broken and large block of ice above the ice maker. believe there is a defect in the fc door which allowed more water to enter the ice maker tray and cause a build up of ice that will now keep the ice maker from twisting to dispense which broke the ice maker. the excess water has caused ice to form and break the auger/coupler and down to the motor. "Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently and it is leaking from the front. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f8e3. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. I checked the bellow gasket and found a tear on the left side. The bellow will need to be replaced. The banging probably came from an unbalanced load, I showed the cx the 'use and care guide' in the troubleshooting area about vibrations and unbalanced loads. "ran diag unit built a full frost patttern so ran on normal opperation water level seemed low then when water went onto evap plate it cycled fast made a small brick of ice. unit is not filling with enough water the level sensor is off. cleaned evap plate grabbed pump from v/s and installed and tested and now unit built a good solid brick of ice ad dropped very slowly continued making ice but unit needs to be cleaned with the cleaner water here is not good,. informed cx to run affresh cleaner every 2 months through ice maker. unit is good; ordrng 1 W11542867 (pump SD V/S), used 1 W11542867 (pump SD V/S) from stock"

"Cx complaint that the center front burner does not light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found that the other burners work fine but the front center burner take a few seconds to light and sometimes does not light at all. The ignite is flashing but is not making contact with the burner head. I removed the burner head and cleaned off the area around and near the ignitor. The burner began to ignite better, however the center front burner head still needs to be replaced. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11344742 (center front burner head)"
