"Cx complaint is unit not washing dishes properly. inspected and verified complaint. upon inspection cx stated he tried to fix the issue himself. unit was sticking out of the counter, the drain line was caught between the frame of the unit and the cabinet. the water line was completely disconnected from the unit and from under the sink. the drain line was uninstalled and when the cx reinstalled it put it on the outside of the unit frame which is how it became kinked when he tried to push it back in. behind the unit is an exposed junction box where the cx has the power line for the dishwasher spliced into the garbage disposal. the garbage disposal has signs of rusting and when testing draining had no water passing into it despite having a punchout. called WPTL SR#7735144124 cont in sticky; ordrng 1 look (look)"

CX complaint unit makes a rumbling noise when microwaving. Inspected unit and placed wet rag inside of microwave and tested unit and heard a small rumble on the spin motor. Remove glass and found a bunch of dried up food in the area where wheelspin for plate. Cleaned all old food from microwave and tested unit again. "Cx complaint that the center front burner does not light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found that the other burners work fine but the front center burner take a few seconds to light and sometimes does not light at all. The ignite is flashing but is not making contact with the burner head. I removed the burner head and cleaned off the area around and near the ignitor. CX complaint: no simmer on cooktop and not heating properly in oven. Tested and verified complaint. CX told me that she smells gas when oven not keeping temp. Burner was lighting well but the air shutter was all the way open so i adjusted the air shutter. Also adjusted cooktop flames and i found the center burner head is not lighting all the way around.
