"Upon arrival i went over history and tested unit. The description and sound i have run into with another unit. It is the cooling fan getting hung up. It clicks for few seconds then stops running. I did not find any wires that look like they could be hanging it up but the sound does sound just like it is coming from cooling fan by sound and location of the sound. After inspecting fan and moving a magnet in the fan to see if any screws or any metal object may be inside it, The unit then worked without clicking after that. Retested and same issue unit cuts off after agitating twice. Inspected parts underneath no visual damage. capacitor reading closed. Outlet polarity is correct. Getting 123.3 VAC. Tested spin in manual test. No issues. Rested agitate in manual and unit cut off like in auto test. Called techline. SR#7735118954 Tested capacitor should be 30 ohm and increasing. cx complaint the unit is shaiking during operation. checked the unit and found some hoses hitting the back of the unit and one leg needed to be adjusted. after that i showed cx the operation and she is still not happy with the unit. i advised her that with it being upstairs in a pan and with the floors the way they are it is going to shake. the floors are so soft that the whole dryer shakes while the washer is running. no parts can be repalced to make the unit run any different. unit is running as designed. advised cx if she is still not happy to contact the manufacturer or place of purchase to see if they have any other options for the cx. ccx agreed.

"cx complaint is the drum not turning with a load in the unit. cx said if just 1 or 2 peices of light clothing are in or drum is empty it spins. checked for codes and found F3E2, F2E1, F4E4, F4E3. tested unit. basket spun empty. cx only had dry clothes on hand which were not heavy enough to replicate issue. unit is making a rattling noise and a screaching nose. belt is slipping on drum and idler is bad. all rollers spin freely. motor findings are 2ohms at board. 1-6ohms is in spec. moisture sensor is working, cx said unit has not been shutting off to soon. replaced belt and idler pulley. unit is working as designed.; ordrng 1 W10837240 (idler pulley), used 1 W10837240 (idler pulley) from stock"

CX comp;lai nt is that the unti is leaking i the front left cornner of the unit. I found that CX is using Dawn dish soap to clean the dishes before they are put into the DW. I was able to remove the outer door skin and ran a normal cycle. I found suds preseant in the unit during the cycle as well as being able to watch the water ovewhelem the tub and spill onto the floor and go down the funel into the foat pan causing the F8E4. I called WP Tech Line and spoke to TJ. I explained my findingd . I advised per WP to CX to run clean cycles with vinagar or Vegtable oil . No repairs to be made at this time . "CX complai t was that the utni was not producing ice and when it did that the icemaker would have water run out of it. I was able to access diag and ran test 56,57,45,and 36. I found that there are no stored errors in 56(E0). I also found the icemaker to harvest and the valve to open and fill the icemaker with out leak. Icebox fan motor is opperating as designed.. I inspected the pantry UI and and no sigs of water or corrosion . I could not recreat a leak. I did secure the face of the upper FC draw for CX as it kept coming off. Unit test good."
