Removed ice and frost build up on door and ceiling. Used a bright light to see any gaps from the door gasket. Light was noticed from a gap between the gasket and fram of the freezer. "CX complaint: sometimes no ice, sometimes too much ice. From CX description, they may have pushed arm down when it was in cycle which seems to have damaged the gears that run the arm. Cx complaint is the unit is not cooling. I found the rc evap frozen over. I removed cover and found green dye coming from the Evap at the copper to aluminum connections. Compressor is in working condition as well as 3 way valve. I replaced the drier and Rc Evap. I pulled the unit into a 30 vac and fill d to 6.00 oz. unit is now working properly

"cx complaint start button intermittently not working, will work for 2-3 cycles then she has to run a toothpick around the edge of the start button to realign it and get it to work. went over oow pricing and cx declined service. doesnt want to spend that much on a button and she has a trick to get it to work anyway. no service provided, no money collected"
