cx complaint unit is making low/slow ice. inspected unit and found some ice in unit not much ice on cutting grid small and ice being made on ice plate. i noticed water pan is leaning forward and is loose. tried tightening and not working. i fuond the metal tape came out of cabinet. i removed tap off screw and put it back in hole and seems ok reinstalled water tank and now looks good and is secure at this time. this has to be causing the issue no enough water to make ice. called techline due to the cabinet issue incase this doesnt work i spoke chris. unit should be good to go told cx to keep an eye on unit.
