cx complaint sometimes she get a banging noise while using. inspected unit and found 0 error codes stored. ran auto test and found it finished without issue. ran a manual high speed spin and found the unit made no abnormal noises. I think its possiable we are getting some noise from the drain hose when unit is in a spin. advised cx to take a look at the hoses when she hears it again. mentioned using foam hose to wrap drain/ supply hoses to keep it from being noisy. i did see evidence/markings on back was and back of unit from drain hose. unit checks good.

cx complaint the unit is shaiking during operation. checked the unit and found some hoses hitting the back of the unit and one leg needed to be adjusted. after that i showed cx the operation and she is still not happy with the unit. i advised her that with it being upstairs in a pan and with the floors the way they are it is going to shake. the floors are so soft that the whole dryer shakes while the washer is running. no parts can be repalced to make the unit run any different. unit is running as designed. advised cx if she is still not happy to contact the manufacturer or place of purchase to see if they have any other options for the cx. ccx agreed.

Retested and same issue unit cuts off after agitating twice. Inspected parts underneath no visual damage. capacitor reading closed. Outlet polarity is correct. Getting 123.3 VAC. "Upon arrival i went over history and tested unit. The description and sound i have run into with another unit. It is the cooling fan getting hung up. It clicks for few seconds then stops running. I did not find any wires that look like they could be hanging it up but the sound does sound just like it is coming from cooling fan by sound and location of the sound. After inspecting fan and moving a magnet in the fan to see if any screws or any metal object may be inside it, The unit then worked without clicking after that. "cx complaint door keeps popping open. inspected unit and verified complaint. tried adjusting level but no change. noticed tub gasket on the bottom left end looks like its not sitting right and could be causing door to not close properly. also noticed adjusters in the up position and door doesnt pop open if i drop the upper rack down and rack feels like it pushes in better. noticed when upper rack is in up position and can move up and down alot and looks like its leaning forward and hitting door. advised cx to leave upper rack in down position until we can come back with parts. ordering adjusters, manifold and tub gasket. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11177741 (tub gasket) and 2 WPW10546503 (adjuster)s and 2 WPW10588164 (adjuster housing)s and 1 W11162734 (manifold)"

CX comp;lai nt is that the unti is leaking i the front left cornner of the unit. I found that CX is using Dawn dish soap to clean the dishes before they are put into the DW. I was able to remove the outer door skin and ran a normal cycle. I found suds preseant in the unit during the cycle as well as being able to watch the water ovewhelem the tub and spill onto the floor and go down the funel into the foat pan causing the F8E4. I called WP Tech Line and spoke to TJ. I explained my findingd . I advised per WP to CX to run clean cycles with vinagar or Vegtable oil . No repairs to be made at this time .
