"Cx complaint is, Freezer door not closing tight, defrosting on the top of freezer, water drop. Opened Fc door and seen frost and ice buildup on the freezer side. Removed ice and frost build up on door and ceiling. Used a bright light to see any gaps from the door gasket. Light was noticed from a gap between the gasket and fram of the freezer. Called tech support to document findings. No fram damage or warping of fram found. Used heat to fluff out door gaskets on Fc and Rc gaskets. Left instructions to not open doo9rs for 30 to 40 min.
