"Cx complaint is ice maker not working again. inspected and verified complaint. found ice maker visibly broken and large block of ice above the ice maker. believe there is a defect in the fc door which allowed more water to enter the ice maker tray and cause a build up of ice that will now keep the ice maker from twisting to dispense which broke the ice maker. the excess water has caused ice to form and break the auger/coupler and down to the motor. Plugged unit back in and entered diagnostic mode. Ran automatic test mode, test mode completed with no errors, spin cycle now functioning. CX complaint unit makes a rumbling noise when microwaving. Inspected unit and placed wet rag inside of microwave and tested unit and heard a small rumble on the spin motor. Remove glass and found a bunch of dried up food in the area where wheelspin for plate. Cleaned all old food from microwave and tested unit again. Unit no longer makes rumbling noise and heats as designed. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete.
