came out to replace parts. broke unit down to replace pars and went to remove igniter and plug fell off as well as was bent out from rail. may of been part of the lighting isses. replaced sensor and put unit back and together and tested to 400. unit lit on 1st and 2nd clicks and heated quick as well as in range. cx said they will bake a few times and see how unit does. unit checks. job complete.

"complaint is the unit being completly dead. when i arrived unit was sitting in the garage. cx reinstalled his old dryer when this one stopped working. i had no power to hook up to so could check codes. cx's old dryer is working so im assuming power was not the issue. inspected and found fuses are good. i found terminal block has thermal damage. unit will need new terminal block and wire kit. found plug on UI would not clip securly in place. i pushed it in all the way but a slight pull on the wires unplugged it, its not staying cliped in. control board looks fine. replaced UI with preIDed part and that stays securly plugged in. ordering terminal block and wire kit for return visit.; ordrng 1 WP3397659 (block-term) and 1 279318 (terminal) and 1 279393 (screw)"

As per previous tech was able to access unit and after removing sump assembly noticed that the cx inlet water line is copper and its kinked in on itself. Informed cx of findings and cx also stated that the sink sometimes backfills. Cx will need plumber to resolve the issues. Replaced part and tested unit operating as designed no further work needed
