CX complaoi t is that the unit is not spinning out the clothing. I found that the unit had a stored F7E6 error code in diag. I was abel to clear the code and ran a test cycle. I found that the agitator was loose(backed off 7/16th bolt). I removed the agitator and cleaned debris from the driveshaft . I then resecured the agitator . i inspected the under side if the unt and found white dust from the splutch and scrap marks on the sheild. I wa able to remove the sheild and inspected the splutch. Teeth are all in good shape . Unit is being overloaded and the shield is hitting the floor. that acopanied with the loose agitator is causing the unit to not spin out the clothing. I recalibated and ran a other test cycle. Unit tis opperating as designed.

CX complai t was that the unit was leaking on to the floor from the front right cornner of the FC. I found that the evap drain hole had packing debris stuck in the drain hole causing water to redirect and fill and run out of the right corner of th evap drain pain causing a smal leak. I was able to clear the drain hole to correct the issues. Unit test good.
