"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. When I arrived the unit was cooling fine (39/0). I checked the FC and it has been making ice, however I did notice ice on the rear wall. I removed the evap cover and seen some ice built up on the top of the evap. I removed the ice and ran multiple test for the components in test mode. The fans, damper, compressor and thermistor are good. I changed the defrost setting to F (force) in test 9. The unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint unit not cooling properly. inspected unit and found minimal dye presence anywhere on the unit. did locate a very small amount of dye on the filter dryer, but the accumulation looked more representative of the guages being disconnected than a leak in the system. checked pressures and found low side pressure of 6-8 inches in vacuum as well as high side pressure initially of 140-150 psi. however after running for several minutes unit would rise to 0 at the low side and 175 psi at the high side. also after less than 10 minutes of running the compressor will shut off entirely. reccomending replacment of compressor and filter drier. when disconnecting guages then found the compressor to discharge dark black oil.; ordrng 1 nitrogen (ask MA) and 1 vW11125124 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier) and 1 W11507067 (evap)"

i was able to access unit and replace the right side RC door gasket. used a heat gun to heat up the gasket to form it to the body of the unit. asked about the noise issue and was told it was still there. i was able to hear it a little and sound like small pop sounds. pulled unit out to find large build up of dust and hari on condensor and condensor fan. after removing all dirt i did not hear the noise. unit now checks good.

Had no condinuity through the dark brown wire (sensor wire) from the top of the door to the bottom of the door. Ordering left door. Also ordering IM to replace VS and another IM for the new door. IM is stuck in the twisted position and will be deformed by the time we return. Cx is going to open the door and inspect it for damage when they receive it.
