"cx complaint unit is not dispensing water or making ice. inspected unit and found no water is dispensing from the dispenser. i removed water filter and found the same results. removed RC evap cover and found water reservior was frozen due to the evap cover allowing cold air to excape to it. Called TL (SR7735143031) was told to plug gaps with gasket seals and sealer gum. sealed top of cover and defrosted reservoir and found unit now dispensing water. unit checks good.; ordrng 1 212643 (sealer-gum (FG VS)), used 1 212643 (sealer-gum) from stock"

Cx complaint unit only works in timed dry. Inspected unit no errors. Vent is clear. Unit is heating up. Tested moisture sensor harness reading open when dry and getting over 300kohms while moving moist cloth over strips. Moisture sensor tested good. Tested moisture sensor through diagnostics and value does not change when moving moist cloth over strips. Ordering control. Control 0 at upper marlboro and 1 at whirlpool.; ordrng 1 W11618917 (control)

"CX complaint is that the unti is not starting the oven. I found that all harnesses are securely connected. I found the igniter to be good. I am ordering 1 saftey valve (WP98014893), and 1 control board (W11126814). I ahve set a retun date for 12/6; ordrng 1 WP98014893 (safty valve 9 @ tribs) and 1 W11126814 (control board 22 @ tribs) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"
