"complaint is the unit still not drying. cx said unit worked for 10 loads or so then F0E3 error popped up. heater, control and drain pump have been replaced and techline has been called several times. when i arrived unit was full of clothes, they were still damp. checked for codes and found F0E3 high temp error, no air flow. called techline. had me check sensor at J14, 16.69k ohms, in spec. tested heater and fan. both run in diagnostics. advised issue must be programming being all componants are in spec. advised replacing ACU again and UI. SR#7734617827. quoted cx and gave her SR#. she said she will call whirlpool but most likely will not spend anymore money on this unit.; ordrng 1 W11280150 (door) and 1 W11260742 (ACU)"

"cx complaint is the unit not cooling properly. cx said it will stop running for days then start working again. when it stops cooling cx said he cant hear fans or compressor running at all. issue last a few days at a time. unit set to recomneded. prob shows 43/10. compressor is running. pulling .51amps. i inspectd evap and found defrost heater connector loose. fixed that, heater worked. unit will need new evap harness. control box has 2 stickers on it. will need to be replaced. light in FC section is also out. ordering harness, control box and light. shedule when all parts are availalbe.; ordrng 1 W11602886 (module) and 1 W11546609 (control box) and 1 W11546681 (evap harness)"

Inspected unit and found vent wax error code fae2 , Cleared that and found unit is struggklingto get water , Water shutoff is pressed against a drain pipe and can only geta little bit of a turn on it, Found after clearing error code and running diagnostice the sump runs . but not enough water , Ordering vent wax motor , deflector and control . Will also need a high loop installed . Will use sump on return trip if needed since only error code that returned after clearing was vvent wax motor , CX advised water shut off needs to be addresses also by plumber . further work needed. CX complaint washing machine will not spin out close. Inspected unit and ran diagnostic cycle. Found unit performed everything but when unit got to spin it would not also heard during the test cycle. The unit made a loud rumbling noise. Inspected under unit and found a lot of rust and water that had came through tub and damaged all parts underneath. Unit is very rusty and this has been happening for a while now.
