CX complaint: no simmer on cooktop and not heating properly in oven. Tested and verified complaint. CX told me that she smells gas when oven not keeping temp. Burner was lighting well but the air shutter was all the way open so i adjusted the air shutter. Also adjusted cooktop flames and i found the center burner head is not lighting all the way around.
