"cx complaint, water build up in FC. water leaking out of ice dispenser. found evap thermistor and ambient FC thermistor reading the same figure (17k ohms about 9 degrees) FC air temp was around -10. called WPTL spoke to chris, checked therm readings at board and thermistor itself. reading the same, chaged evap therm just in case, also changed control. unit seems like its getting stuck in defrost likely due to incorrect temp reading. techline wanted control changed and i changed thermistor just in case. issue takes a few days to appear, unable to test for problem, job is complete."

"Per prior diagnosis, arrived to cx address with FR to properly uninstall MW. on arrival found that the cabinet trim that was needing to be removed to uninstall MW was not removed. unit was not sitting inside the mounting bracket on the wall so corrected that to safely back screws out to try and see behind unit. because of the trim we could not properly diagnose the issue but this is an installation issue. the builder/installer did not properly install this MW. the unit was not in the mounting bracket, holes in the cabinet above the unit are not where they should be so the unit does not sit flush causing the door to swing shut on the cx. there are also dents and scratches from install that are past the cosmetic period. cx has to resolve these with the builder/installer. cx has to do list.; ordrng 1 look (look)"
