"cx complaint unit is making a buzzing noise and unit is not filling and shuts off. inspected unit and entered diag and found f8e1, f5e4, f0e5. clear codes and ran auto test and found no issues. tested every water valve at store and found all valves are dispensing water as designed. i did find the gearcase/ spin basket is out of balanced. also found splutch/motor has worn through the belt cover. splutch and belt are showing signs of wear. unit needs spin basket, gearcase, drive motor, drive belt, splutch, belt cover, 2 call count. once spin basket is in the cx hand they will call and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11178224 (spin basket) and 1 W11449840 (gear case) and 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 2callcount and 1 W11409708 (belt shield)"

"Cx complained the unit would shut off during bake. Inspected the unit and found that it does shut off within seconds of being in bake and other times, taking several min before shutting off. At the control, there is a constant 110vac when shutting off. Checked wires and there aren't any broken. C hecked in broil setting and it didn't turn off. Checked the bake element and it has 16ohms. Fixed the neutral wire at the control and tested again and when it goes out, there is not 120v from L1 to N, and N to L2 has 240v and L2 to L1 has 240v. Cx now needs electrician. Job complete"

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud gurgling noise. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is making plenty of ice. I ran an auto service cycle, the noise was identified while the recirculation pump was running. I also ran the recirculation pump in manual test and the noise was presnet again. I showed the 'use and care guide' on page 3 about normal noises. The cx understands that the noise is normal. THe unit is working as designed."
