CX complaoi t is that the unit is not spinning out the clothing. I found that the unit had a stored F7E6 error code in diag. I was abel to clear the code and ran a test cycle. I found that the agitator was loose(backed off 7/16th bolt). I removed the agitator and cleaned debris from the driveshaft . I then resecured the agitator . i inspected the under side if the unt and found white dust from the splutch and scrap marks on the sheild. I wa able to remove the sheild and inspected the splutch. Teeth are all in good shape . Unit is being overloaded and the shield is hitting the floor. that acopanied with the loose agitator is causing the unit to not spin out the clothing. I recalibated and ran a other test cycle. Unit tis opperating as designed.

"Class issue was the unit wasn't cooling. Confirmed the issue seeing that the client had the refrigerator cut off for about a week and just cut it back on last night. So I seen no ice or anything. Blocking airways in the unit was cooling as it. Should when I went to take the evaporator cover off? The screw was stuck. When we got the cover removed, the evaporator only had 1/2 was showing that it was cool. Pull unit out. compressor was giving about 8.9 amps And only about 49 wattage with the compressor running. Client will need a new compressor but said he will call back if he wants to work done; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (Compressor) and 1 W10843121 (Drier)"

After replacement of compressor and drier I presure tested with nitrogen and then vac'd down to 30in for 10mins. Equalized pressures and filled with 48g of R600a. Final low side pressure was at 12in vac. Informed CX to give unit a few hrs to get back to temps. This was not a cooling issue. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a noise when it is agitating. Upon arrival I spun the basket by hand and found that something is rubbing. I accessed the bottom and found that the nut has come loose from the gear case shaft causing the splutch and belt to rub the cover and casue excessive wear. i was able to tighten the nut . Cx complaint is that the unit is giving an F8E4 and is leaking into the drip tray. Upon arrival I found that the cx had the kick plate removed. I was able to start a cycle and found that after a a minute of spraying the water started leaking from the small chute in the front of the sump assembly. I am ordering the sump. The unit has a solid copper line running to the valve. Cx will disconnecct line prior to arrival. I was able to set the return visit for Monday 11/6 AM preference.; ordrng 1 W11460946 (Sump)
