"cx complaint obvious protrusions from the chimney exterior panels. cx states that they have been dealing with this since purchase of the home in may/05/2022 but after replacing tjhe panels multiple times the builder concluded that the control assembly is what is pushing the exterior/cosmetic panels outward and affecting it appearance. unfortunately the chimney is grouted into place and will need to be made accessible for service. once the cx has had a contractor remove the grout, they are contacting kitchen aid to provide an accurate proof of purchase/home closing docs. Ran high spin speed test, actuator pulls splutch into gear and speeds up then kicks F7E1 error code. Replaced actuator, issue persists. "Confirmed cx complaint unit not washing, going straight to done. Found F7E1 error code, tachometer not able to read basket speed. Ran high spin speed test, actuator pulls splutch into gear and speeds up then kicks F7E1 error code. Replaced actuator, issue persists. Service pointer W11632927 pertains to issue, ordering motor, harness, and capacitor. Found evidence of belt slipping, ordering tighter belt to stop squeeling noise on acceleration. Diagnostic mode would only engage one time, afterwards I could not get unit to respond in any function, no lock water or spin though unit was turning on. CX complaint knobs on oven get too hot. Call Techline and discussed with them and found I needed to perform heat soak test on unit. Set unit to 400°. Once unit hit 400° set a timer for one hour. Left and went to another job and came back within the hour once arrived used infrared heat gun to check temperatures on the face of unit and on knobs. temps at knobs were temperature on knob skirt was 113° all other temperatures that I could check. Were also In spec. CX was also concerned about the unit turning off and turning on she was not aware that that is now how the units work and that there is a safety on the door switch to turn the flame off and come back on after two minutes. Tested functionality of unit. Unit is working as designed job complete

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the evap fan, compressor and condensor fan are running well. However the evap is covered in ice. I ran test 5 and 13, 5 passed and in 13 the heater did not come on. I removed the ice and found the brown wire disconnected for the heater. I reconnected the connector to be secure and reposition the heater harness so it is higher. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is workig as designed."
