Cx says the unit is making a lot of noise in cycle and they dropped a pencil down the lint trap. started the unit and it is sounding unbalanced internally as soon as it starts. adjusted the vent out and the noise stops for as long as i hold it then comes back. replaced the blower wheel and the unit is now spinning blowing and heating good without any odd noises. th eunit is now good

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud gurgling noise. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is making plenty of ice. I ran an auto service cycle, the noise was identified while the recirculation pump was running. I also ran the recirculation pump in manual test and the noise was presnet again. I showed the 'use and care guide' on page 3 about normal noises. The cx understands that the noise is normal. THe unit is working as designed."

cx complaint is the door swing open to hard. i explained the unit doesnt have slow close hinges or anything to stop or slow the door. i adjusted the feet to help slow the door so it doesnt swing so hard. unit is still sitting level. cx isnt happy with unit be understands it is working as designed.

"Cx complained the unit would shut off during bake. Inspected the unit and found that it does shut off within seconds of being in bake and other times, taking several min before shutting off. At the control, there is a constant 110vac when shutting off. Checked wires and there aren't any broken. C hecked in broil setting and it didn't turn off. Checked the bake element and it has 16ohms. Fixed the neutral wire at the control and tested again and when it goes out, there is not 120v from L1 to N, and N to L2 has 240v and L2 to L1 has 240v. Cx now needs electrician. Job complete"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer has Frost. Checked the Freezer. No Frost. I then checked the Freezer Evaporator Section no Frost. Cx is saying Items in the Freezer Section had frosted over. Asked the cx if she left the door open. Cx started to get real get really aggressive because I asked this questions. Nothing is wrong with the unit.( I advised that the cx doesn't over load the Freezer Section.) (Please see Sd Pictures if any questions. )

Customer complaint is the unit is not cooling. Inspected unit I found that I could barely pull unit out of the cabinetry area due to the two bolts holding the base plate have been removed in the base plate getting caught on a tile where the unit was sitting. I ended up just putting two bolts in the area to pick the base plate up so it wasn't dragging on the ground. I then remove the cover and hook my watt meter up in place. My watt meter read 42 watts. I noticed the dryer that was on the unit is the factory original dryer. And when the compressor was replaced both times the dryer was never replaced ever.The dryer was cold to the touch I cut the cap tube off from the dryer nothing came out from the dryer I then cut the dryer off from the loop going through the drain pan. I still had no refrigerant coming from unit or pressure. I cut the Yoda loop from the cabinet to the drain pan heater tubing and had refrigerant and brown / black oil coming from the Yoda loop out of the cabinet. I then isolated the system from the condenser through the yodaloo and hooked up nitrogen and try to flush Yoda loop but was unsuccessful. I still had black oil slash debris coming from Yoda loop and condenser. I tried to flush through the cap tube out of the low side line before the compressor and had three rags of oil. I waited on the phone with tech line while trying to flush the system out with nitrogen at 140 psi. Eventually tech line answered and I explained what I was having an issue with. Tech line stated the unit is has a burnout and that this can not be repaired and gave me file number. I left file number with customer

"cx complaint is the unit shaking a lot during spin. unit is on a tile floor and has turned away from the dryer thats beside it. cx had video of unit shaking during spin. i found no saved codes. shipping bolts have been removed. i ran service cycle. no issues. removed front of unit and inspected. no issues with suspension. called techline to document, they had me check that unit was level and pedistal was square, all feet contacting floor. adivsed issue is with cycle/load in unit. unit is working as designed."

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found cx claims he got oven this way but racks were put in reversed and wedged in unable to removed used flathead to pop them out without bending reinstalled tested unit now functions normally

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishes has white spots on the glasses. I then asked the cx if they are using Rinse Aid. Cx isn't using Rinse Aid. Advised that the cx uses Rinse Aid. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes solid white light. Checked the filter. Mold on filter and filter has to be cleaned. Showed the cx. Cx will start to clean the filter. Unit is working as Designed. Cx paid in full by Card.

Cx complained of no cooling. Removed frost and installed new control and set to factory settings. Checked control to see if it had one bar code (good) or 2 bar codes (bad) and it has one. Spoke with tech support about the heater and it is in range. Job complete.

Customer complaint is that they have to run two 70 minute cycles to dry the clothes. Unit tested and the element is turning on and cycling properly. Checked air flow out of the unit to outside and found the exhaust heavily clogged on the outside of the house. Customer needs to have their vents cleaned. Unit is working properly.

cx said he believes the issue isn't the unit because the ice maker was leaking but found that filter needs to be changed every month because the well water is making issue with ice maker and dispenser explained that makes since because pressure is what makes valves open stron and close strong and cx said when ice maker acts up the dispenser is slow.

cx complaint unit making noise in spin cycle cx has put a foam pad behind the unit where the drain hose is because the hoses hitting rear of unit when drain and spinning she said that seems to have fixed issue i tested unit and sounds good no issues

CX complaint LED lights will not work properly when opening and shutting the door. After previous tech visit he had replaced all LED modules with new multi point LEDs but lights were still dim. Took off top panel to inspect door switches and found that left door switch actuator was loose and not touching the door switch causing the lights to be dim. Reattached door switch arm and installed all lights properly as they were just dangling and not in liner. Unit is now working as designed and all lights are lighting up. Job complete.

replaced upper rack with new one. transfered all plastics to new rack. tested. job completed.

cx complaint unit not cooling well. found both sections around 50 degrees. reclaimed high side to barely any r134. opened low side and it all came out of there. unit has a clog. put new drier and coupler on and flushed system with nitrogen. big puff of compressor oil and r134 came out. vacc unit and filled to 4.3 oz. unit is now cooling good. job completed.

Cx complaint unit leaving clothes soaked at the end of the cycle. Was able to access unit and found it bouncing around empty. Checked suspension leveled unit and calibrated and unit is now operating as designed no further work needed

CX complaint is that the unti is leaking oil. I found that there is oil presant on the bottm of the spin basket coming from under the agitator as well as oil leaking form under the unit collecting in the sheild. "Per prior diagnosis, arrived to cx address with FR to properly uninstall MW. on arrival found that the cabinet trim that was needing to be removed to uninstall MW was not removed. unit was not sitting inside the mounting bracket on the wall so corrected that to safely back screws out to try and see behind unit. because of the trim we could not properly diagnose the issue but this is an installation issue. the builder/installer did not properly install this MW. the unit was not in the mounting bracket, holes in the cabinet above the unit are not where they should be so the unit does not sit flush causing the door to swing shut on the cx. there are also dents and scratches from install that are past the cosmetic period. cx has to resolve these with the builder/installer. cx has to do list.; ordrng 1 look (look)"
