Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting a cycle or filling with water. Upon arrvial I found an F7E1. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the unit is filling and draining but the basket is not moving during agitation or spin. I then tipped the unit back and found that the shield had worked its way loose from the gearcase and was laying on the floor. I caused the belt to slip off of the drive assembly. I was able to put the belt back on and resecure the cover. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Ran a timed dry cycle on high temp. Using thermocouple got temp cycling between 121F and 157F at the exhaust. Got 2 times power faillure message on the display with no reason and also the display turned blank on e time when I opened the door. Ran a timed dry cycle with a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. The cycle ended in about 20 minutes and the paper was dry. Inspected under unit found slider ring halfway off of slider and signs of gearcase oil leaking. Called tech line and spoke with rep, said F6E3 from overload condition. Replaced slider, ran diagnostic cycle, cylce completed, but unit made very loud noise when shifting from agitate to spin. Advised cx to avoid using unit until gearcase is replaced. CX complaints unit is freezing stuff in crisper drawer. Arrived to unit and found temps set to 41° in RC and 0° in FC. Check temps with probe and found correct temps inside both check temperature inside top crisper drawer and found at 35° and bottom crisper drawer at 41°. Call Techline SR number is above. They suggested everything is reading correctly and to have customer change from produce to deli setting on crisper drawer to see if that helps. I explain to customer with fresh vegetables that have water in them will naturally get harder. Unit is working as designed job complete.

"cx cant find pop but can see AGID of 11/8/21 and complaint called in on 11/7. cx complaint icemaker needs turned off because theres no water supply hooked up and unit is intermittently making low pitch humming noise. cx said she was trying get noise on video but she hasnt heard noise in a month but said her daughter heard it all night a couple days ago. inspected unit, no unusual noises. ran through all service tests, nothing making the noise. cx said noise stops when she touches door. more than likely something vibrating. put feet down to try and hold unit more steady to prevent vibration in case noise comes back. turned icemaker off. advised cx if noise comes back to try and get noise on video and find pop. cx understands. unit operating as designed at this time."

Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found that the evap fan is not running. I checked behind the evap cover and nothing is blocking the evap fan and it is getting 121v. The unit needs a new fan to resolve the issue. I also found the drain hose was clogged causing ice to form in the FC. I removed the ice and tested the drain hose for the cx. The unit needs a new evap fan motor to resolve the issue.
