"installed new tub as well as adjusters, per suggestion of Techline. cleaned all various rubber gaskets that were reused during the process (float switch, sump, tub gasket, vent gasket). ran unit for about 30 minutes following repair on 'normal/high temp/sani' with paper towel underneath of the door panel to ensure no leaks from this install of parts. found no leaks and furthermore all operations are as normal, relative to function. recommended cx closely monitor unit over next couple cycles. unit now checks good no leaks. documented file further under sr7734765477 in service matters."

CX complaint knobs on oven get too hot. Call Techline and discussed with them and found I needed to perform heat soak test on unit. Set unit to 400°. Once unit hit 400° set a timer for one hour. Left and went to another job and came back within the hour once arrived used infrared heat gun to check temperatures on the face of unit and on knobs. temps at knobs were temperature on knob skirt was 113° all other temperatures that I could check. Were also In spec. CX was also concerned about the unit turning off and turning on she was not aware that that is now how the units work and that there is a safety on the door switch to turn the flame off and come back on after two minutes. Tested functionality of unit. Unit is working as designed job complete

"CX complaint long time to dry clothes.Cx pulled the dryer out and broke the vent pipe. She asked me to replaced it but I explained that we don't carry this part.Ran diag, no errors. Ran a timed dry cycle on high temp. Using thermocouple got temp cycling between 121F and 157F at the exhaust. Got 2 times power faillure message on the display with no reason and also the display turned blank on e time when I opened the door. Ran a timed dry cycle with a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. The cycle ended in about 20 minutes and the paper was dry. "cx complaint unit still making noise. inspected unit no noise right now right hand door the closure is not closing on its own. fixed door and now closes on its own spring was not in right postion. i then ran test 3 all fans sound good,, test 4 i get some noise when compresor is running, test 5 i ran and removed rear cover and noise started happening and cx confirmed noise. noise is coming form condenser rattling when compresor is at full ramp. used pads from v/s and adjusted condenser best i could then leveld unit and now sounds alot better. told cx to keep an eye on noise. unit is good; ordrng 2 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S)s, used 2 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S) from stock"

Customer complaint unit is not completing a cycle and the light is staying on wash. I tested the unit and found no error codes and the unit is completing a test cyckle. I found the CX is using the original tide soap. And the cold water is very low. I adviced the cusotemr to only use HE detergent and the water to be turned open all the way. The customer stated they had the water like that so they can get warm water. I explained to the cusotmer taht the unit being HE it will have read the water temps coming in and adjust to the temps that will save the most energy. I told her the unit will not get hot and at best a little bit hight than rom temps. But that how the unit workes. I ran a rinse and sping and completed agitating and draining and spinning. Unit is good.
