the cx had the unit off when i arrived because the unit stopped cooling again. hooked up guages and both sides equilized to 0psi. ran test 40 step 4 low side pressure is -27psi and high side pressure is 65psi. step 5 low side pressure is -27psi and high side pressure is 60psi. filled the unit to 140psi of nitrogen and checked for leaks with bubbles. the refrigerator evaporator is not leaking but the bubbles got into where the tubes come out of the cabinet and the area has started bubbling. unit is leaking about 5psi in 25 minutes. called tech support and spoke with a chris. unit is under review

"CX complai t is that the left rear burner will not light and that the flame on the surfaceburners are too high. I found that the unit has been converted to LP correctly. I was able tk turn the burners on low and adjust the flame lower to suit CX needs. I did finde that the left rear electrode is not sparking. I was abel to determin that the electrode is secure in the spark mod , but not sparking. I am orderign 1 electrode for the LR burner and 1 spark MOD. cx complaint unit not making ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. also not dispensing water. icemaker harvests but doesnt fill. took filter out and put bypass cap in. water dispenser started working and icemaker started getting water too. cx mentioned a couple times it stopped making ice for 24hours which wouldnt make sense if filter was clogged up. called techline to document. advised cx to replace filter. cx said she just replaced it 2-3weeks ago. ordering icemaker for it not making ice randomly in case motor is stalling and filter head since cx said she just replaced filter. advised if filter keeps clogging up then something may be in water supply clogging it up. parts in stock. scheduled return for 11/16; ordrng 1 W11346622 (filter head with reservoir) and 1 W11548540 (icemaker)
