Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting a cycle or filling with water. Upon arrvial I found an F7E1. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the unit is filling and draining but the basket is not moving during agitation or spin. I then tipped the unit back and found that the shield had worked its way loose from the gearcase and was laying on the floor. I caused the belt to slip off of the drive assembly. I was able to put the belt back on and resecure the cover. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

CX complaint LED lights will not work properly when opening and shutting the door. After previous tech visit he had replaced all LED modules with new multi point LEDs but lights were still dim. Took off top panel to inspect door switches and found that left door switch actuator was loose and not touching the door switch causing the lights to be dim. Reattached door switch arm and installed all lights properly as they were just dangling and not in liner. Unit is now working as designed and all lights are lighting up. Job complete.

SR// 7735160515. Customer complaint unit is not catching the pantry drawer and it falls out of the track. We have replaced the tracks and still the same. They call customer service and whirlpool told them that we will be able to order parts that it needs but the unit does not have anything wrong is the design the drawer is pulled and if not pulled slow and straight the drawers falls out. I called techline and they had me messuring the cabinet and the front of the cabinet is wider than the back i get 28 inches exact and 28.5 to 28 3/4. I took pictures and sent them to whirlpool. THey are sending the unit for review because if it is expaninding in the front too much the unit will be unrepairable. Waiting on whirlpool review.; saved tckt

cx said he believes the issue isn't the unit because the ice maker was leaking but found that filter needs to be changed every month because the well water is making issue with ice maker and dispenser explained that makes since because pressure is what makes valves open stron and close strong and cx said when ice maker acts up the dispenser is slow.
