He wants the UI and control replaced at the same time. If the unit continues to have defrost issues it will be processed as non repairable. Unit will not work properly even if defrost issue is resolved because unit is in garage. This will not cause a defrost issue though. "Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the evap fan, compressor and condensor fan are running well. However the evap is covered in ice. I ran test 5 and 13, 5 passed and in 13 the heater did not come on. I removed the ice and found the brown wire disconnected for the heater. I reconnected the connector to be secure and reposition the heater harness so it is higher. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is workig as designed."

CX complaint knobs on oven get too hot. Call Techline and discussed with them and found I needed to perform heat soak test on unit. Set unit to 400°. Once unit hit 400° set a timer for one hour. Left and went to another job and came back within the hour once arrived used infrared heat gun to check temperatures on the face of unit and on knobs. temps at knobs were temperature on knob skirt was 113° all other temperatures that I could check. Were also In spec. CX was also concerned about the unit turning off and turning on she was not aware that that is now how the units work and that there is a safety on the door switch to turn the flame off and come back on after two minutes. Tested functionality of unit. Unit is working as designed job complete

They suggested everything is reading correctly and to have customer change from produce to deli setting on crisper drawer to see if that helps. CX complaint LED lights will not work properly when opening and shutting the door. After previous tech visit he had replaced all LED modules with new multi point LEDs but lights were still dim. Took off top panel to inspect door switches and found that left door switch actuator was loose and not touching the door switch causing the lights to be dim. Reattached door switch arm and installed all lights properly as they were just dangling and not in liner. Unit is now working as designed and all lights are lighting up. Job complete.

Customer complaint unit is not completing a cycle and the light is staying on wash. I tested the unit and found no error codes and the unit is completing a test cyckle. I found the CX is using the original tide soap. And the cold water is very low. I adviced the cusotemr to only use HE detergent and the water to be turned open all the way. The customer stated they had the water like that so they can get warm water. I explained to the cusotmer taht the unit being HE it will have read the water temps coming in and adjust to the temps that will save the most energy. I told her the unit will not get hot and at best a little bit hight than rom temps. But that how the unit workes. I ran a rinse and sping and completed agitating and draining and spinning. Unit is good.

And installed new bow tie cover. Installed racks and door. Tested unit for noise, heard a woman sound about 6 min while heating. Pulled the unitbout from the wall and exchanged the original fan motor with a new fan motor with blade. Retested unit after installing unit back in the wall. Unit is working properly."

"Cx complaint is loud screeching noise coming from unit. tested and verified complaint. checked for error codes and found none. ran test cycle and when the unit went to slow down from the spin portion it made a loud screeching sound that i could no longer hear myself talking to the cx. unit had no obvious signs of component failure so spoke to MR about testing findings and agreed that a gearcase, motor, and belt should be replaced to correct this issue. all parts are in stock. rescheduled cx for 12/5/22 am requested.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

cx said he believes the issue isn't the unit because the ice maker was leaking but found that filter needs to be changed every month because the well water is making issue with ice maker and dispenser explained that makes since because pressure is what makes valves open stron and close strong and cx said when ice maker acts up the dispenser is slow.
