Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting a cycle or filling with water. Upon arrvial I found an F7E1. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the unit is filling and draining but the basket is not moving during agitation or spin. I then tipped the unit back and found that the shield had worked its way loose from the gearcase and was laying on the floor. I caused the belt to slip off of the drive assembly. I was able to put the belt back on and resecure the cover. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the evap fan, compressor and condensor fan are running well. However the evap is covered in ice. I ran test 5 and 13, 5 passed and in 13 the heater did not come on. I removed the ice and found the brown wire disconnected for the heater. I reconnected the connector to be secure and reposition the heater harness so it is higher. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is workig as designed."

"cx compliant unit is not draining. inspected unit and found unit was unplugged, plugged unit in and found 0 error codes. manually activated the drain and found drain pump sounds like something was in it. cleared water from unit with vacuum and removed drain pump and found a sock was stuck in pump. was able to removed sock and tested unit. unit now checks good. called TC (A152TS0NPL1) due to the unit just being out of warranty. whirlpool helped and unit is covered for repair."
